Reflections Float Center is a home-​based floatation tank business. It was a long-​time dream that we’ve made a reality.

Floating in a sensory deprivation tank can improve stamina, focus, creativity, energy, performance, relaxation, meditation, and sleep. It can help relieve stress, anxiety, fatigue, headaches, pressure from pregnancy, and all kinds of pain. Don’t worry about claustrophobia. The tank is much larger than you think. You can also leave the tank door completely open and get out early, if you like.

Providing this service in our home allows us to keep the price the lowest in the Treasure Valley, and Veterans always get a discount!

I was a medic and EMT in the Air Force and have worked in many medical roles for more that 25 years. When I found out about floatation tanks 10 years ago, I knew that this was what I was supposed to do. My husband and I have finally been able to make my dream a reality, and it’s all I’d hoped, and more. I hope you’ll come give floating a try!

I have had a bad back for years. It was recommended to me to try floating. I was told it would allow me to relax to a state that my back could settle down and any stress that might be a factor would be gone.
I was concerned about trying something new so I sent my husband to Reflections first. He reported that it was a very relaxing and clean environment, he explained that the tank you float in is big enough for his 6’4″ frame, and assured me I should try it out.
I made my appointment and the owner Beth walked me through everything, covering all of my concerns. I felt so good when I was done, I felt as if I had just had a message. My back also felt great! I have gone many times since and I have never had a bad experience. I was even able to get rid of a migraine this way.
If you suffer from aches and pains, migraines, or stress like I do, you should really try this out. You won’t be disappointed!

Floating was something I began to hear about around town more frequently when talking to friends and acquaintances. I thought I’d try it for myself at Reflections for a few reasons: 1) Reflections has the best value for the price compared to anywhere in the Treasure Valley, 2) Beth’s home is super inviting, and 3) Beth was simply bad ass. One of the nicest people I’ve met in Boise which added to the experience. I would recommend floating at Reflections to anyone that wants to try something new. It provides a unique experience to the sincere seeker.

My experience at Reflections was absolutely awesome. The location is pristine and very warm and inviting; Beth completely explained the equipment, the process and how to get the very most from the experience. My float was so relaxing; I felt lighter for several days both emotionally and physically and can’t wait to schedule another. I am so glad I didn’t let my concerns about claustrophobia stop me because there was absolutely none; this was truly one of the best experiences I have had.

I was blown away by the spa retreat setting offered by Reflections. Such a peaceful and professional oasis. You get your own room, private bath and choice of float additions like music. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Beth talked me through everything. She was so warm and friendly. The float was amazing. I was worried I would feel claustrophobic, but truly I could have been floating in an ocean for how open and freeing it felt. I was giddy and euphoric for 2 whole days afterward. It’s definitely something I’m going to keep doing!
