History

Established in 2013.

Our college background is in the financial industry. After spending multiple years in Corporate America we realized that our family was growing up too fast and decided to start up our own business. Customer service and customer relations is our specialty. We believe that customer service as a whole has gone to the wayside. So, our goal is to provide exceptional customer service in every interaction while providing a good quality product/​service to our customers.

Manager

We are a family owned business and we were both born and raised here in Idaho. I attended Boise State University and obtained my degree in Finance and Accounting in 2004. We both spent multiple years in the service industry prior to starting RAW Window Cleaning. We chose the window cleaning industry because we both enjoy working with people and providing excellent customer service. Customer service is something we feel should be the number one priority in every industry and unfortunately, it’s not.

We are very detail oriented and very hard working, however, we feel our success is from going above and beyond while providing exceptional customer service.
