Pearman Photography

As a disclaimer, I know Laurie Pearman as a friend, as well as having had her do photography for me. On the other hand, I have worked with many professional photographers for work-​related projects and had a photographer for my wedding as well. Laurie has the best eye I’ve seen from any of them. She has been a photographer for the Boise Weekly, and has done a bunch of other stuff both here and in Seattle.
My wife and I had Laurie do both pregnancy pictures and pictures of our daughter when she was about six months old, and were very impressed by how natural she is behind the camera. In a lot of photography session environments you get sort of a formal, do this now do that kind of vibe. But with laurie it was much more organic and my wife felt completely at ease (even though they’d only met once prior to the shoot).
She’s willing to negotiate on price and is great at communicating with you. Not to mention, she’s probably about as upbeat as can be and gets you a bunch of great shots. I have zero qualms about recommending Pearman Photography to anyone both for a professional or personal assignment.
