McDonald’s

This place, needs to be under new management.
Went through the drive thru today, and a MANAGER hands me the bag of food, and tries to hand me my medium drink. They must of just sloshed the drink up in some bucked of Coke? The outside was COVERED in syrup and carbonated water droplets. When I asked SAID MANAGER to clean the cup up he acted put out.
These guys always try to hand off non cleaned ups. They mess up the orders, and then they ask you to park and they will bring your order out to you. I REALLY hate that part, that is so their «numbers» look good. This place is horrible, go up to Vista or SOME WHERE ELSE.

I should have read your Unilocal review before ordering Jules. I have never been so sad in my whole life as placing a well executed order this morning. I truly thought this was my day today but McDonald’s proved to slap me in the face. I firmly took 2 steps up and clearly explained my love for a number 8 which translates to a sausage mc griddle, hash browns, and coffee. Much to my udder dismay as I dove in for my tasty breakfast treat it’s hard for me to express what happened next. I chose to polish off my hash with my left hand I unfolded my greasy mcgriddle paper wrap with my right. There was NO cheese! I thought to myself how could this possibly be happening to me? Did I hurt someone recently or not give them the time to lend a helping hand? A waterfall of thoughts of clear black and white metaphorical road divides rushed my visual brain play back device. I couldn’t think of anything recently that would have caused this catastrophe. At that point when I thought nothing else in my life could go wrong I realized that not only did I not have cheese but there was no delicious yellow folded egg. I sat in the car 6.4 miles away from where I had just purchased the worst breakfast know to all mankind in all of history! No egg and no cheese! I knew at that point there was nothing I did wrong that would have giving me the results of what had just been placed in my right hand. My whole meal was ruined as my body started rejecting my hash brown. My only hope is you use technology at the tip of your fingers to review Unilocal about McDonald to avoid mine and Julie’s pain! Learn and go forth my fellow earth walkers!

This location is famous for messing up special orders and even handing out full on sugared beverages instead of diet. My best friend is diabetic and is very cautious when ordering beverages, on more than one occasion, include one with a flavored latte that had a STICKER on it stating how it was to be made, she has been given regular beverages. She uses me as a taster when she is leery.
Personally I hate it that McDonald’s ever went to taking special orders, they should have left that to Burger King. but seriously. if you’re GOING to take special orders, the least you can do is be 100% sure that they honor it.
Repeated phone conversations have merited little to no change at this location. Having been a McDonald’s manager myself many years ago, I know that it IS possible to fix such things, someone just seems to be lazy at this location.
