Established in 1994.

Since 1994, Materials Testing & Inspection, Inc. has provided a full range of environmental, geotechnical engineering, and materials inspection and testing services.

With offices in Idaho, Oregon, and Washington, we help our clients meet building project requirements in a timely, economical, and reasonable manner, while ensuring the integrity of materials and the construction process. Business Owner

Mr. Cram has performed project management, geotechnical, environmental, and construction testing and inspection activities since 1988, on all types of construction projects. He provides specialized expertise in the areas of cost and value engineering, engineering management, project quality control, and geotechnical constructability issues. He maintains knowledge in the applicable IBC, ASTM, AASHTO, and ACI standards for geotechnical and construction testing and inspections, along with over 20 years of experience. He leads and coordinates the activities of engineers, geologists, inspectors, technicians, and administrative personnel. His experience in project management, engineering and development is a valuable asset for any project he is involved with.
