Established in 2015.

I have wanted to become a Food Truck Entrepreneur for about 5 years, loving the energy, drive and atmosphere I started to formulate my ideas into a plan. I have a passion for waffles and the simplistic pleasure a warm crispy waffle brings and I wanted to share that with fellow waffle lovers. I started putting my plans into action August 1st 2014 and launched my business August 4th, 2015

Made the trek from downtown to obtain these little wonders for my client.
The gal the runs the truck is adorable and helped me choose the best options for a room full of hungry co-​workers!
It’s a fun little truck and lots of options including savory!
It made the 25 minute trip back, but i’d suggest eating it much quicker than that, like, at the table in front of the truck!
Lots of flavors, lots of options and even a frequent eater card and a Unilocal discount!
Maybe not an every day type of thing, but definitely a great treat!

Had their chicken and waffles and my friend had their pizza waffles. Everything was just perfect and the gal that owns it is a super cool person. I plan to go back very often

They have a variety of unusual waffles (both savory and sweet) which sound like they’d be pretty good. I tried the Maple Bacon waffle, which had a maple-​caramel type sauce, and was topped with crumbled bacon. It made for a very pleasant brunch. I would definitely dine here again.

Not a fan of waffles but my coworkers insisted we tried this place. Had their chicken and waffles, maple waffles and a strawberry waffles. Their chicken was pretty good and was not too deep fried.
I really liked that they give Unilocalers 20% off first check in, always a plus.
Overall I give this place 3 stars!
