I brought my son here when he was having an urgent issue with his eye. After a snafu with the referral – we weren’t able to call to try to schedule until 2pm on a Friday. Not wanting my son to have to suffer though the weekend, I was nervous they wouldn’t be able to see us that day.
They made room for us in the schedule and were able to get him in by 4:30pm. Dr. Carter was professional and sympathetic. He got him in, tested, diagnosed, and we were on our way with prescription ready to be filled by 5:30pm. He even was able to give us some sample drops to keep his eye comfortable and hydrated in the meantime.
Dr. Carter was completely patient answering my husband and my numerous questions without ever seeming hurried (which, given it was near quitting time on a Friday – I appreciated the generosity of time and kindness – it can’t be easy to be patient at that time of day/​week!).
Overall, if any member of our family was having an issue with our eyes – this is the first place we’d come as we know we’d be well taken care of.
