Stephen Nipper has been in the insulation contracting business for 34 years, working for a company based in Salt Lake City. His son Brandon started working with him when he was just out of High School. In 2007 they started their own company to provide the Treasure Valley with locally owned company, doing both residential and commercial insulation.
