Stunningly poor customer service and interpersonal skills. I hired them because their fees were lower than other property management firms. They were unable to find tenants for my house. When a different agent had a buyer for the house, I informed GreatWest right away, and at their request, agreed to pay Greatwest $ 500 upon closing for their time to show the house. A few days later they suddenly demanded immediate payment, and threatened action against me if I didn’t do so. I don’t know why they had this sudden need for money, however because of their hostile and adversarial attitude, I would certainly not recommend using them as a property management firm, a field where people skills and customer service are worth much more than saving a bit in fees.
