Jefferson H. West has been a member of the Idaho State Bar since 2001. He was an active duty military lawyer with the United State Air Force from 2001 until 2007. He primarily handles matters in Personal Injury, Divorce, Custody Modification, Support Modification, Paternity and Criminal allegations.

Lois K. Fletcher has been practicing law in the Treasure Valley for almost 20 years. She primarily handles matters in Guardianship, Conservatorship, Wills and Estate Planning, Probate, Adoption and Mediation.

Business Owner

Jefferson graduated from U of I in 2000, after which he decided to serve his country and join the Air Force. He served 3 years as an Assistant Staff Judge Advocate in DC, and then another 3 years at Mountain Home Air Force Base. In 2006 he transferred to the reserves and still serves in the Judge Advocate General’s office in Mountain Home Air Force Base. In 2007 he opened his law office in downtown Boise’s Alaska Building. Next door to him was another attorney, Lois Fletcher. They became good friends, and a few months later announced their partnership in the new firm of Fletcher & West, handling cases in family law as well as criminal and military law, among others.
