Beware get everything on paper and a complete understanding of what is going to be done. Verify who is going to be the lead person on the job and they understand the scope of the job. This is a one shot deal as the owner takes the position that correcting any mistakes or misunderstandings does not make money and no sense to return if a profit can not be realized. In his mind a property owner has no say that its his way and that customer service is deducting for the non completed work and life goes on. That discourtesy by an employee is ok if they are a long term employee. This type of attitude will catch up with an owner and when the business is good I guess you don’t need customer service. Make sure you think about using this company if you have a problem your on your own.
