History

Established in 2009.

In 2001, I briefly worked for a local home inspection business in the treasure valley. I did simple tasks around the inspection and liked the type of work. I spent some time working for a home improvement store and was an advocate diyer. One day I found myself flipping houses with a real estate friend of mind. He told me I would make a great home inspector so I decided to take his advice and started A Peace of Mind Home Inspection in 2009. The company started out as a part time job so that I could learn more and get certified. In 2010, I was doing home inspections full time. In 2012, I decided to change the business name to Boise Home Inspections.

Today, I am now a (CMI) Certified Master Home Inspector. I am completely certified in every aspect of home inspections (Residential, Commercial, Mold, Radon, Lead, Asbestos, Wood-​Boring Insects, Water Testing, etc.) We are insured for E&O and liability purposes. In addition, we have over 50 positive online reviews. I love my job!

Business Owner

Hello, my Danny Hammock. I grew up in a small town called Lake Placid, FL. My father is an owner of an air conditioning business. I worked summers in middle school and throughout high school doing everything from basic installation to service calls. My grandfather and both of my uncles were in contracting, from building residential homes, to building multi-​million dollar commercial properties. In addition to my family, my best friend growing up is a contractor back home.

Personally and professionally, I have flipped homes. I am a perpetual learner and love passing along knowledge so that sellers or buyers can make informed decisions about a property. I get a thrill out of watching people save money or buy homes that are a better fit for their families. It is truly an honor for me to pass along my knowledge to my clients so that they are satisfied with their home buying experience.
