Advanced Lock & Key

Started my car this morning… the doors all locked. Justin showed up promptly and had my door open within minutes so I could get to work on time. They answered the phone right away, showed up as soon as they could, when they said they would. Couldn’t be happier with the service, would DEFINITELY recommend them to any friend or family member, and will. Thank you!

They are definitely 24 hrs service pple. locked myself out of my car and I get off work after 2am… called them up… dude showed up within/​if not earlier time he said he would and quickly helped me out. I know who to call and recommend from here on out!

Very rude and disrespectful. Unprofessional to the max. This company drives their company vehicles recklessly up and down neighborhood streets with no care and concern for anyone around them or small children playing. When confronted on the matter Kirk was very rude and disrespectful.

A parent locked their child in the car at our center (the car was running with the A/​C) and after a google search Advanced Lock & Key answered the phone right away and were here very quickly. They didn’t even charge us to unlock the door, since a child was locked inside.

Kirk and Rebecca were absolutely amazing! I had an issue with the ignition lock cylinder on my girlfriend’s CRV and they came out and fixed it promptly! I was absolutely impressed by their speed in repair and the knowledge they had of the situation. These are definitely the people to know if you are locked out of your car or need help fixing something ignition related! And they truly are ²⁴⁄₇. It was Labor day at 9 pm and they were here! I’ll be recommending them to friends and family!

WOW! Is Advanced Lock & Key some type of super-​service? Their representative, Justin, was so top-​notch and incredibly kind. He was able to come within 10 minutes to unlock a car, which only took him a minute. Before leaving, he gave us discount cards for future services and a big smile.

Its been awhile since I last locked my keys in my car. I tried calling my husband for our extra key but didn’t get an answer with him being at work. I called Advanced lock & Key who had someone to me in less then 15 minutes. Not sure what his name was but he was a very nice young man that had just recently graduated from Capital high school. Would call again with out hesitation.

One time bad experience? I called at 11:30pm because I got locked out of my house and they quoted me 45 mins. After an hour I called back and they said nobody got the memo and nobody was sent out to my residence. So they at that point quoted me 10 – 15 mins and sure enough, a guy showed up. He was dressed totally unprofessionally and didn’t even greet us when we met, he just walked up to the house and started working. It took him over 20 mins to unlock the house. By the time everything was said and done, it took them two and a half hours to get to my house and unlock it.
Very unprofessional and untimely, I will go out of my way to use another business next time.

We have a vehicle that has keyless start. When you use this feature and fail to manually turn on the ignition after starting the car with remote start the car will automatically turn off and lock the doors after about 10 minutes. A nice feature to save the environment, but terrible for a busy mom trying to wrangle her baby into the car. This morning my husband used the remote start to warm the car while we got ready to head out. Just as I shut the door, after loading my baby and diaper bag (car keys in the bag) into the car, I heard the engine turn off and the doors lock. And I realized, oh no! The baby is locked in the car!!! Well, of course, as any mother could attest as a natural reaction, I start to not-​so silently freak out! Luckily, it was only about 40 degrees out so I knew that he was not in danger of over heating but it was also sunny so I wasn’t afraid he would get too cold either. Never the less I was sick with worry. Luckily my husband had his phone, (mine was locked in the car, of course) I called Advanced Lock and Key and told them about my emergency and was reassured that they would have someone come out to help me right away. The employee, Justin, that was sent to help, kept in regular contact with me until he arrived. It took about 20 minute because of heavy traffic, but I felt better knowing that he was getting closer and closer to rescuing my baby. When Justin arrived he jumped out of the car and ran, tools in hand, and started the job of unlocking the car immediately. He had the door open in less than 2 minutes. My baby was free from the crisis and back in my arms safe and sound. When I tried to pay him, he said no payment was necessary because of the emergent nature of my situation. How awesome is that!!! 5 stars are well deserved for this amazing lock and key team!

My son locked the doors while the car was running. I called three other locksmith’s before I called Advanced. They were the only ones that said they could come right away. They were there within 15 minutes. The guy was super nice and professional. I was shocked at the price!!! It was half of what I was expecting!

Very professional and responsive. I scheduled on Friday for Monday appointment. Flexible — I needed to push the appointment 30 min. to accommodate a realtor showing. Right on time.
Re-​Keyed my doors and fixed a sticky lock. Also had unique key stock to copy several keys for another property.

I needed my new car fob reprogrammed, and after dealing with the rude employees at my dealership I called Advanced Lock & Key.
Everyone just call here first! He was great! He was courteous and fast! I was done and on my way in less than 10 minutes! Plus he was way cheaper than my dealership! I will definitely use them again and recommend to everyone!

Lock my keys in my car and called Advanced Lock & Key. They dispatched someone right away. They arrived within minutes and the gentleman was extremely efficient and friendly. Would definitely use them again!

My ignition in my Toyota wouldn’t turn over due to broken tumblers in the lock. They hooked me up with fast, friendly service, and most of all the guy knew exactly what was wrong right away unlike the first two locksmiths. He quoted me a price that was fair over the phone and stuck to his word. Would highly recommend for service and professionalism.

They will give you an over the phone estimate and stick by that price.
No hidden charges or «we’ll come out and let you know» then up charge the heck out of you.

Kirk saved my life!!! Was visiting from CA over the 4^th of July weekend and was floating down the river on inner tubes with my family when my son fell into the water and lost the remote to my car. I called the nearest Lexus dealership who told me that they wouldn’t be able to help me for three more days because they said The only way to get a new keyless entry remote was to order it from Lexus. I needed to drive back to CA the next day and was getting hysterical. My sister-​in-​law called AAA and they sent out Advanced lock and key. By the time we finished going down the river and I got back to my car Kirk had redone my keyless entry system and cut a new laser key! I have never been so relieved in my life, I wish I could give these guys 10 stars!

This company is amazing! They handled a repossession for us, and were fantastic. They charged less than half of what the other guys charge. This company is professional, courteous, and so very prompt. I couldn’t have asked for a better result, or a better price.

Advanced Lock & Key was fantastic. I had to have a rental house rekeyed and they scheduled a time that was convenient for me, showed up early, did all the work I needed and then some and made sure every key worked flawlessly. We have an up and a downstairs unit and the locksmith even gave us different colored keys to each so it’s easier to tell them apart. These guys will definitely be our locksmith when we our tenants move!

Talk about going above and beyond what a company even needs to do… My son was stuck with NO KEY out in Meridian Idaho… like 15 miles from home and a dying cell phone… and the Good Sam club then sent out the wrong guy to my son. they thought he just needed to get unlocked… well Justin from Advanced Lock and key was the MAN!!! He made calls and stayed around until they were able to get the right tech out there to help him… they made him a key with no problem… But they way they made sure he was good to go was AWESOME!! they really looked out for him.
