I have been doing in business in the Boise area for 25+ years. I believe in doing business the «old fashioned» way, building relationships one customer at a time. I don’t have a huge fleet of trucks and high overhead costs, so I can pass those savings on to you!

Starting in 1990, Doug began his repair business under «Ploss Enterprises LLC», serving a variety of property management companies, commercial and residential customers. In 2009, Doug changed his business name to «A Complete Water Heater Service» and streamlined his business to focus on water heater repair and replacement. Doug holds an Idaho Specialty Plumbing License and is fully bonded and insured.
