I called looking for a single piston filler and both people I spoke to were extremely short with me. They even cut me off to say «we don’t have what you’re looking for.» What they should have done is listened to what my needs were and recommended a machine they do have that can fit those needs instead of just cutting me off and turning me away. Too bad because I need a lot of equipment and they just lost a potential customer.

I was the owner of a toy company based in Miami and I needed to buy a packaging machine for the warehouse. I found Wohl online and wasn’t sure which type of machine I needed since each manufacturer had different specs on volume. I called their customer support number and the team there was very knowledgeable about these types of packing and filling machines for my industry. They pointed me in the right direction and I found the perfect piece of equipment for my use.

Great customer service. I called and they were very knowledgeable about various types of equipment related to my business (food service) and didn’t try to up sell me. Customer service also did a great job adding to the info I found on their website.

Only have good things to say about Wohl Associates. Sent a online request a quote on a Monday morning for a 200 gallon jacketed kettle. Received prompt reply with quotation email early afternoon same day. A little negotiating back and forth until fair price was met. We worked in trade of some used equipment I had which was neat and drew price down a little. From there arranged freight costs and agreed upon the kettle was then sent out by Wednesday. It arrived after 5 business days, freighted and packaged as was described by John. Kettle was in condition as shown in pictures and video. Couldn’t be more satisfied with their service and will use again

Wohl Associates has been great to me. Every time I’ve called and talked to them they have been respectful, helpful, and ready to do whatever needed to help me out. They only sell equipment that has been fully tested to make sure that is works just as it should. I bought a stainless steel extruder from them and have had no problems what-​so-​ever. So far it runs perfectly and just like it’s brand new They made the whole process of buying from them easy as can be and very pleasant.
I know I will be going back to Wohl Associates in the future when I need to buy any more equipment. I can’t imagine that I could ever find a better, more competent company to deal with. I hope that anyone who reads this will go use them and help support our locally owned businesses. They’re service was worth every penny.

I recently purchased a vacuum packaging machine to add to my production line. Customer service was great from start to finish and my packaging machine arrived in perfect working order. I called them on a Monday and was helped right away. I let them know what I was looking for and they sent me over the information for the packaging machine. I asked many questions about the condition and performance, they even sent me more photos than what was on their website. I completely recommend buying machines from them.
Contrary to these other reviews my machine is in great working order and is doing great.

They are Rip Off artists!!! I spoke with: Jessica What happened: I bought a blender for $ 22,000.00 and it came in with a broken motor mount completly shot wireing, with the entire machine painted to look new. It didnt work and needs over $ 20,000dollars worth of repair just to make it safe to run. They are the worst people to deal with if there is any problem they hand you off to everyone and Leave you hanging on a string. They told me I could sue them. What it would take to resolve this: Let me return the machine and give me my money back.

Overall a very poor experience with Wohl and Associates. To this day they have ducked our calls to resolve the matter and refuse to take responsibility for their actions.
They intentionally misrepresented the weight and class of a kettle to obtain a false quote from a shipping company to close the deal. Our purchase was contingent on the total cost including shipping and we would not have gone through with the purchase had we known the true cost of the shipping. The quote they supplied us, which completely misrepresented the class of the machinery was for $ 709, and when the kettle was shipped to us we were billed COD at $ 1995. There was notable damage on the kettle, the stainless steel lip was bent out of shape and there was a weld that had come undone. We had to pay for these damages ourselves.
On top of this, when we tried to resolve the issue in a very professional way, we were passed off from person to person in the office making false promises to resolve the issue. Andrew Wohl, the apparent President of this company, is nowhere to be found, he apparently has no interest in sustaining long-​term business because
I can promise you we are NEVER BUYING FROM WOHL AGAIN.
We are a prominent manufacturer on the west coast and we have advised all of our partner companies and associated manufacturers to not deal with Wohl. We had a very poor experience with Wohl, ranging from their sales team misrepresenting the actual cost of the deal to their management who have continually evaded our emails and phone calls for resolution.
