Very unprofessional and terrible customer service!!! I scheduled an appointment for Ray to come fix a broken sprinkler pipe & some landscape lighting on Tuesday, but he never showed up and never called to cancel! I tried calling the office, but no one was there, I left 2 messages to find out what happened? I waited for him all day, and no one called me back until the next day! We set up another appointment for him to come do the work 2 days later on Thursday, again NO show, but at least this time the office called to say he couldn’t make it. So we set up another appointment for the 3^rd time, for the next day. On Friday morning, I called the office to make sure he is coming to do the job, and they told me that he’ll be here by 12 noon, but again no show! After several phone calls back & forth with the office, they finally told me at 2pm, that he’s stuck at another job & won’t be coming at all! So we made a 4^th appointment for the following Tuesday for a another technician to come fix the broken pipe, but not the landscape lights. For the landscape lighting, I would have to wait until the owner Ray becomes available, whenever that may be!!! By now I am pretty fed up with their lack of professionalism and concern for my time! So I ultimately found someone else to fix both the lights & the broken pipe over the weekend & I cancelled the appointment with them for next Tuesday. Bottom line is they don’t care about doing this type of job because it was too small for them!!! They only care about doing big jobs!!! That’s fine, but just let me know from the beginning you don’t want to do this job and I would have found someone else! They shouldn’t have accepted the job and wasted my time setting up appointments with me!!! VERY, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I would never recommend this company to anyone!!!

I have used Ray for several large projects at my house and even got my neighbor to hire him. I have spent several thousands of dollars and am now VERY disappointed. I needed him recently because two of my zones were not working and also needed two new zones and drip lines added for new plantings. I called and set up a day for the two zones to be fixed, they didnt show. A few days later they were supposed to do the whole job on a Saturday, no show. I was texting with Ray that day and he said, «I will be there». I waited around all day and canceled plans, he never showed. I didnt even get a text or a call saying he couldnt make it. Two days later i called his office and the woman had no idea this happened. She said Ray was going to call me and guess what, he never did. Two weeks have gone by and now he texts me, «sorry, unexpected issues». I said to him, «not even a call»? This is not the first time this has happened. I really needed them and i was seriously let down. My yard has 12 zones and lighting and is quite difficult to get a grasp on. Again, VERY DISAPPOINTED! Id give one star, but to be fair his workers hold his company together.

Terrific company. Unbelievably responsive to any requests and their work is excellent. Pricing is very fair for the service and workmanship provided.
