I will never do business or recommend this company again. Several years back we had a very good experience, and had a very expensive job done. We recommended friends after that. We recently called back for additional work and had a horrible experience. An employee named Marissa has no concept of customer service whatsoever. She is both rude and condescending — and for no good reason other than her apparent dislike for work. The owner is living in the past and refuses to understand how people want to do business today. Not only is this a dying industry in today’s world, but this company must be on its way down.

Bad experience from start to finish. Walked in with two couch cushions to get new foam for. The lady sitting at the desk LAUGHED at me, saying, «those look awful»! Then she quoted me an outrageous price. I said I’d try elsewhere for a better deal and she was very rude about it, saying I didn’t know what I was talking about and that she was giving me an almost wholesale price. I found three places that quoted me half the price that same afternoon. Would not go back.

NOT a good customer experience from start to finish. When I first walked in with my project, I felt unwanted there. The woman who approached me was Marisa. She gave off«an aire» of being completely uninterested, almost as if my being there with my needs and questions was an annoyance to her snobbish day, and why should she be bothered with the likes of someone like me, you know that type. No real interest or help at all, it was like pulling wisdom teeth to inquire as to what I was looking for or feeling invisible and trying to get her to notice my needs. AND I was the ONLY one is the place. lol I should have left right there because the vibe was truly rude but needed this done and was tired so selected what I needed and they took my money. VERY overpriced I found out later. $$$$$/yd. for polyester fabric? and with ‘that’ kind of customer service attitude, what justifies that price? And they don’t offer you the extra fabric when done, they just keep it unless you know better. When the project was finished and back in my home I realized upon inspection the piece was done wrong. UGH. Wrong color, texture etc. How, with the stock no., item no., picked out right in front of this rep, written down and triple checked do they make it wrong anyway! I told you she was uncaring and uninterested in helping me. No discount for their mistake just my own time and money now to get it back there for a redo!!! A redo after waiting all that time for it! NOTHANKSCLS Upholstery of Bohemia NY Long Island. The Catalano family who owns this place should take an interest at who is running their showrooms and dealing with the customers because there isn’t a second chance to show a potential long term customer you care and know what you’re doing. A good run business should realize that a customers redecorating project is exciting to them. Who they hire for customer help should show that they are just as excited and interested about a customers project. It shouldn’t matter who a person is or what they look like, they’re money is green and they need help spending it. If your own sales reps look down on and treat the customers like dirt and get their orders wrong then why be there? Their not even pleasant to talk to on the phone! The rest of my new home will be done by one of your competitors thank you very much. I work too hard to make this home a showplace and would like someone who truly cares to help me with my projects.
