Such a great fabric store. My roommate and I came here to decorate our dorm! We got about 12 yards of fabric and it was about $ 60. Compared to the big name fabric stores, you can’t beat it. It is the exact same fabric. We had look at a different store in Brookhaven and the pattern we liked was about 17 dollars a yard. The same exact pattern at the cotton patch was 7. They are located in the middle of nowhere, and it is easy to miss.
