Business Owner
Chefs Stephanie and Pam a pastry chefs with a degrees from the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City. Stephanie completed her pastry training under world-renowned chefs at Le Bernardin, a three-Michelin-star restaurant in NYC. Pam completed hers at Carlo’s bakery in Hoboken (aka the Cake Boss).
