Worst limo company ever. The reservationist was rude on the phone, couldn’t understand her voice. Apollo’s entire fleet are old and every car has 200 – 300 thousand miles. The Owner charges a $ 12 dollar service fee that goes straight into his pockets. If you want to get picked up in a 15 year old used car with 300 thousand miles. Call Apollo.

This company has a huge turn over in it’s employees. The owner is very abusive to his employees and chases them away. How is a company going to have good service when every 2 weeks there is someone new driving for them. The cars have very high miles and are dangerous to ride in, If you are looking for a taxi that they call a limousine, this is for you.

A very good limo company… on time… very easy to make reservations… the drivers are good if not great… HOWEVER…the cars that they use are rather old… have lots of miles on them… and are anything but modern.
We have found other limo companies for pretty much the same price with up to date cars… that are clean… modern etc…
The last time I used Apollo the back seat felt as if 1000’s of people had sat where I was sitting… the carpet was worn… the paint on the outside was chipping away… etc…

We use Apollo Limousine Service at work for transportation to and from Newark airport. Apollo Limo by far has the best customer service of any service-​based business I’ve ever encountered. They go out of their way to confirm your reservation both verbally and with an e-​mail followup and are extremely friendly on the phone. They have personable drivers who always show up on time (usually a little early).
Apollo Limousine is on top of any airport-​related delay or transfer that happens to you on your trip. Since they take your return flight info — not just the estimated time you return — they keep track of what is happening with your flight. If you get a transfer or delay, they call your cell phone to let you know that they’re aware of it, and that a driver will be there for the newly scheduled time.
Overall, Apollo Limousine is a top notch service that you can rely on to be on time and get you where you need to go. They use Lincoln Town Cars which have spacious interiors and have plenty of leg room.
