LBV Gourmet is an independently owned and operated coffee/​gourmet food products shop located at the corner of IH10 and Fair Oaks Pkwy.

We offer gourmet coffee, at our espresso bar and for whole bean sale, which is roasted right in the shop dining room by our own roast master; bulk teas; more than 50 herbs and spices, including our own unique blends; 20 plus sea and finishing salts; bulk olive oils and vinegars; plus a micro deli serving a small breakfast and lunch menu.

History

Established in 2009.

La Bella Vita Gourmet grew from the simple idea of taking our favorite hobby (all things culinary with a true passion for coffee) and translating it into a successful and sustainable business we could wake up to everyday. With a lot of blood, sweat (literally since we are located in south central Texas and didn’t have air conditioning until late August), and tears, LBV slowly grew into our reality.

On September 29, 2009 we opened our doors after more than 3 months of construction delays. We are an independent, locally owned and operated company, with a strong commitment to community and customers.

Our vision for LBV is to create the rustic and comforting environment of old world Europe in our Fair Oaks Ranch café. We wanted to provide a warm and relaxing place for our customers to taste both traditional and contemporary prepared food and drink, as well as having the opportunity to observe the artisan traditions of coffee roasting.
