Specialties
Flagstop Café is local favorite with amazing local breakfast, lunch, and dinner plates, connected with an Exxon gas station, so you can fill up in more ways than one.
We’re located along Interstate 10 north of San Antonio and south of Boerne, just across from Fair Oaks Ranch at the Fair Oaks Parkway Exit #546.
Our most popular offerings are: fresh breakfast tacos on homemade flour tortillas, Old-fashioned hamburgers with 100% fresh ground beef (never frozen) on sesame seed buns, migas and huevos rancheros, a variety of fresh salads, huge breakfast plates, enchiladas, fried or roasted chicken, and the club sandwich.
History
Established in 1986.
We are family owned and operated, with the same ownership for the past 25 years, proudly serving the hill country region just north of San Antonio.
