History
Established in 1985.
The Bay View Restaurant has been offering a fine dining experience featuring Italian specialty dishes since 1985. We’re located adjacent to the lobby of the Inn at the Tides hotel. For over twenty years, our monthly «Winemaker Dinner» series has been bringing top local winery owners and winemakers to the restaurant to present delicious wine and food pairings in an intimate setting.
Meet the Manager
Carlo G.
Manager
Carlo G. is the General Manager of the Bay View Restaurant. Carlo was born in post-war Italy and has lived an incredible life and career as an executive chef and hospitality manager. He’s traveled the world as a chef and manager on a major cruise ship line and has also cooked for international heads of state at five-star restaurants in New York and San Francisco. He’s a gourmet food and wine connoisseur who’s well know and highly respected in the industry. He gives «The World’s Most Interesting Man» a run for his money! Let Carlo be your host on your next visit to the Sonoma Coast.
