I have been a patient of Dr. Newman’s for over 25 years. He is an amazing, caring, unalarming doctor. he delivered my daughter and was incredible. I would highly recommend him and this very professional practice!

I’ve been a patient for about 2 yrs now and love the practice and the Doctors. The staff seem great from the time i called for an appt to checking out at the end. I found it to be a very pleasant experience. i would recommend them to my friends and family.

Last visit was uneventful (which is a good thing) but I waited for over an hour to see the Dr. — for me, this is a deal-​killer with any professional. So, in calling to schedule the next appointment, I explained to the front desk person that I have a very tight schedule, very difficult to get time off work and that I needed an appointment right when they open or right after lunch so I know I will not sit and wait. She said it was not possible… so I offered to book months in advance. I asked her if I book six months in advance, can I get an 8:30 (when they open) appointment. No. Then I asked her how I can be certain that my wait will be minimal… she said «don’t come.» Nice. Great idea. I won’t. Too bad, because I liked the medical staff. I refuse to deal with this level of service. No thank you.

Dr. Rudolph is a great doctor and a great person. Her office staff is also friendly, caring, and helpful. She has delivered all three of our children and has always been the best for us.

Dr Susan Beil is so compassionate and brilliant. She never ceases to amaze me when she calls my personally instead of a nurse to talk to me about my problems or results. I trust her with everything and I feel so safe with her care

Just to be clear, my doctor, Tina Slocum was absolutely amazing and it’s a shame she is working at this office. That being said, I have had problems with the administration at this office since the beginning. Good luck talking to a real person when you call. You are always sent to an automated menu and have to navigate that before speaking to one of the rude nurses. Also, they take a two hour lunch in the middle of the day and won’t even pick up the phone! Try calling… they even announce that they are there in the office, but not accepting phone calls. Unbelievable! Consequently, I left this office to find a new midwife. It has been over a month since I’ve requested a refund (few hundred dollars) and I have received nothing. I’m pretty sure most businesses have 30 days to issue refunds. When spoke to the billing office in deerfield beach, I was informed that the refund request was issued and sent to the boca office and now they just had to cut the check. Well, of course the women I’m supposed to speak to about my non-​existent check is out of the office and has bit returned my calls. I will now be disputing this claim with my credit card company. Moral of this story, only pay upfront what you have to, because they will avoid reimbursement at all costs if you decide to go elsewhere. Actually avoid this office alltogether,

Dr Rudolph was my OB with my second pregnancy. She was beyond amazing from the very beginning. Very friendly, efficient and so confident! My baby was breech at 38 weeks and she performed an external cephalic version and turned him head down, and that allowed me to have a successful vaginal birth.
She is on call only about one night a week though, so there is a good chance that one of her partners would actually end up delivering your baby. I’ve seen 5 out of their 7 doctors in their practice and I really liked them all, though none as much as DR Rudolph!
The biggest drawback with this practice is that you should be prepared to wait an hour at least one every three appointments, they get real busy. Also, the nurses and front staff are efficient, but very unfriendly.

Love Dr. Kaufman. He is such a sweet heart and is such a pleasure to have as my doctor! The front office girl and his assistant, are both very nice and pleasant. I love this practice and would not ask for another doctor.

I was going here for prenatal care. I can tell you that Dr. Jane Rudolph is amazing, but beyond that the entire office is a total nightmare! It’s almost impossible to get an answer to any questions you have no matter how important they are. Just to give you an example I had an eye doctor tell me my blood mercury levels were extremely high and he was concerned about birth defects. I spent an entire month on the phone leaving messages, speaking to numerous different secretaries and managers getting disconnected and got absolutely nothing in response! I even explained I was very concerned about my baby and no one even cared! The next problem I had was their lack of competence in the billing and insurance area. When I first found out I was pregnant I called my insurance and verified that I had maternity coverage. I’m not sure who dropped the ball at the office but I was going there for months, before I was notified that I did not in fact have maternity coverage! It would have been nice of them to inform me at the beginning, so I could plan accordingly! But instead, they waited until I was over 5 months pregnant. I called to verify the time of an appointment and all of a sudden they were treating me like Crap! Apparently my insurance does not have maternity coverage which I assured them would be no problem and I would handle it when I came in. They also referred me the perinatal office of Dr. Lowes, whose office staff has to be the rudest group of employees I have ever met in my life! I even told the girl on the phone that I had an uncomfortable feeling and there was a bad vibe between us, and she responded by saying «why would you even want to come see us if you don’t like us?» Having dealt with Dr. Rudolphs staff that was terrible, I decided not to have to go through the same scenario with the new doctor as well! Women’s health partners was aware of this and I had an extensive conversation with the office manager named Cindy who assured me that I could go to a different perinatologists if I wanted to. I thought All was well until the doctor’s office I had chosen called to get my records… According to what I was told Cindy got on the phone and told them she had no idea why I called them and they were not the doctor that she wanted me to go to and subsequently discharged me for being noncompliant! Honestly I consider this a favor because the new doctor I have Dr Dudley Brown is absolutely amazing and so is his staff! It’s just a shame that I paid for my sons circumcision and he hasn’t even been born yet and when I called today to get a refund they told me I was not getting my money back! It is also a shame because Dr. Jane Rudolph truly is an amazing sweet and caring doctor and I don’t even think she realizes how abhorrent her office staff is towards patients!

Doctors and nurses are great! Front desk is HORRIBLE. So rude and inconsiderate. While signing in (which was an issue, of course) I overheard the woman who takes appointments getting frustrated with a patient, put them on hold, and proceed to talk bad about them. Making fun of them with a coworker. Such a bad attitude! And such a shame because the doctors are actually good.

I love this practice! I’m actually shocked by the bad reviews I see on here. That is the complete opposite of my experience. I’ve been going here for about 10 years now. I see Rachel Devaney, one of the midwives and I absolutely love her! She makes me feel so comfortable and I feel like I can tell her anything. She delivered my first son with no issues and I’m currently at the end of my second pregnancy. I’ve seen all of the midwives in the practice and they are all super nice and make you feel so comfortable. The office is clean and nice, and I never have to wait very long. With billing I’ve been able to set up payment plans when necessary with no issues. I have other friends that go here and love it too. I highly recommend!

This practice is wonderful! I’ve been going for 4 years, including one pregnancy. I see dr. Ciaccio, who is AMAZING!!! I did see each dr though while pregnant. I liked every one a lot. The front office is large, welcoming, clean, and filled with a friendly, caring staff. The patients room are also clean. I’ve been to 3 practices prior to here. This is by far the best… and I have high standards. I know many women who see doctors at this practice and love them as well. I couldn’t recommend a better team of doctors and office.

I called in to make my first pre natal appointment and the woman on the phone, Christina was rude, distracted (at one point while on the phone with me she started laughing and said out loud to someone else, «Oh, Ha, I almost forgot about that.» and then laughed a bit more before re engaging our call. The front desk of any business is the life line to the business. No matter how good the doctors or midwives are, if the front line is not respectful, not caring or not engaged, then the business is destined to fail. I feel sorry for this practice as it looks like it was started with a nice vision, but in actual practice, it is doing a very poor job with first impressions. They will never have my business and I’ll be sure to tell my friends not to go here either.

I had almost exactly the same experience as «Carolyn L» for an IUD. What she says about the office not being able to keep track of anything is so true. My incident was also over an IUD (long complicated story) but essentially they made sure and verified that this procedure was covered at 100% before even making an appointment for the procedure. …And then I got a bill for $ 800. When I called to dispute this they bounced me back and forth from billing to the office because as it turns out they use a separate company for billing. The office said they would settle this with my insurance. A whole year went by and I get a notice from COLLECTIONS. This is how I found out that they never settled with the insurance. Again I called the office and billing. Wouldn’t you know it, the office manager «Joyce» was just as nasty about it as she was a year before. So I HAD to pay to get out of collections before my credit was affected but have filed a report with the BBB and will blast them on every forum possible until I get every, red, cent, back!

I was a patient of this facility for 7 years. It was good for the first maybe 5 years I was going. I would see Rachel Devaney, the ARNP or PA. Then it started to go downhill as they expanded their office. Now they have so many people there they can’t keep track of anything. Your appointment time actually doesn’t mean anything, you could be waiting for hours after you make it without so much as an explanation. I recently had an IUD put in, there’s a big long complicated story, but they basically lied to me about the cost, and I kept calling and trying to straighten it out, and they ended up sending me to collections! For $ 100! You don’t even talk to the people in the office, you talk to a billing center. So whatever they promised you at the office means nothing at the billing center. So now I am actually looking for a new place. Gyno visits are stressful and annoying enough, why make it worse?
