TRC Multimedia has done so much for my business. Their collective knowledge is always cutting edge. The quality of the graphic designs I get there are outstanding. I highly recommend TRC Multimedia for any of your advertising or graphic Design needs.

I bought ads for two of my businesses over a year ago. After many calls and messages left, I was finally sent a book with my ads in it. However, those books were to go out to country club members in our area four times a year. They never went out to one person. This is such a SCAM business. Unfortunately not enough people look up businesses before spending money with them so I guess that is how this company has managed to stay afloat.

I’ve been working with TRC for a few weeks now on some work for my self publishing. They have been working with me on some details for my website and also a few other projects and it has been so far above the level I thought it would be! So perfect! They always take the time to understand what I am asking for and looking for before they decide to make a first draft that will need to be changed. And, if there is even a super small issue with the work, they are happy to made edits and changes as needed. I have worked with a few other people on my website and through my writing business, but these guys are the best! By far the best!

Great media company! I needed help doing branding for my new business and TRC Media helped me out tons. They did my logo plus my website and even helped me out with a bit of marketing. This company takes their time and provides you with the best possible work. Their prices are reasonable compared to other companies doing the same work. I will be continue to work with them as they helped my company!!!

Alongside a few of my friends, we were trying to get kickstarted on his upcoming project and stumbled upon this place after looking around several advertising and marketing companies. This place had one of the better deals that were within budget, and we decided to drop by and discuss our options with the staff. Great work and very responsive staff members all provided at a reasonable price.

I run a small photography studio and was in need of some new collateral media (website, business cards, etc.) I stumbled upon TRC and was initially hesitant based on some of the negative reviews and the fact that they weren’t local, but I contacted them anyway. Their prices were reasonable, especially for the quality of service and there was always someone available to answer my questions and address my concerns. I love the work that they produced for me. It was quick and conveyed the exact message and tone that I was looking for. I have seen a bit of an increase in my business and I can’t really attribute it to anything, but the work that they did for me. Thank you once again!

Came here to help my start up club get some exposure, and we didn’t really have much experience. One of our previous members recommend TRC Multimedia to us and we called up to make an appointment. They understood our budgeting and helped us set up the different advertising and marketing campaigns. The manager was very respectable and helpful in helping us achieve what we needed. Although it’s slightly expensive, I recommend their choices in helping us gain some exposure.

These guys really are a complete scam. Took my $ 600 and ran away with it! The positive reviews are definitely bogus. Don’t do it. I wish I would have checked these guys out first.

I was ‘aggressively’ contacted by «X» from TRC MULTI MEDIA about advertising in «THREE EXCLUSIVE COUNTRY CLUBS», that the «‘country clubs had specifically asked for my company» to advertise.
When I requested to see ‘previous copies of magazines’ from my area, BEFORE I commit to $ 600 in advertising Sales rep «X» ‘balked’, said «I was making excuses’. talked to ‘manager’ who ‘seemed nice’ and promised to send ‘previous copies,’ from warehouse, no problem’, only to receive e-​mail from ‘original sales person’ LAUGHING’ that I dared to talk to manager (who she said was in fact actually another sales rep, and NOT A MANAGER) !

SCAM, BUYER BEWARE

From day one TRC took me under their wing and walked me through the ways I could expand my business to reach new customers and gain new exposure. One year later and we’re far and above better off than we were and it’s all because of the innovative strategies these guys use to really reach your demo. Professional, courteous, and all around great people are what makes this company great. I cannot recommend them enough. They helped my business reach new heights and they can do the same for you!!!

Just got the hard sell from these guys too. They were happy to call me back many times, but when I asked for local references, they gave me the cold shoulder. Obviously, not a reputable company.

My experience with TRC Multimedia… this bogus company is not registered in the State of Florida, as they allege. Based on my pushing the Attorney General of the State of Florida and the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, to launch an investigation for fraudulent and deceptive business practices. I have also filed a complaint with the Federal Trades Commission. This company promised to allow me to read their contract before they were suppose to deduct money from my account, which was an out-​right lie. Their contract was what caught my attention, which was caused me to start contacting my bank and the appropriate authorities. The address that they post on their site and above is nothing but a drop box at a UPS Store. There phone numbers, when they are answered, is just the first name of a person, they do not answer to TRC Multimedia. They violated Florida’s telemarketing laws by requiring a credit card. They are also, in the State of Florida, in order to do business, have a $ 50,000 bond. So, if any one is looking to do business with this company, I would suggest not giving them your credit card information and do your due diligence by checking them out first. They are not a legitimate company.

So this time it’s «Dylan» who is calling with the same scam that others have experienced. Fortunately I found the reviews on here first. I was intrigued that they had either 5 star reviews or one star reviews. After a little digging it appears that the five star reviews are phonies, done by proxies or fake people for a side of the business which is not related to what they were trying to sell me.
It’s classic hard sell. If you waffle they offer a discount then pull the old used-​car salesman routine saying the supervisor is standing right behind them and authorizing a super duper price. When I told him I wanted a day to consult with my marketing person he got clearly agitated and more or less ended the call in an impolite manner. These people should probably all be in jail as far as I can tell.

Back at the end of May, 2015, I received a phone call from Melanie at TRC Multimedia (
). She called and told me that she works for a publishing company, that could market my custom drapery/​upholstery business to members of high end golf courses. In addition, she said that I would have an exclusive advertisement in all three magazines, as they guarantee incredible results, through loyalty to one company per category.. She asked me if I was interested in reaching up to 17,500 members of three high end Golf/​Country Clubs. Like a lot of the other reviews, I thought it was too good to be true. Instead of trusting my instinct and running away, I told her I was quite interested and gave her my credit card number. She charged my American Express $ 250 at the time with the other $ 250 due at the time of distribution. I was told that someone from their graphics department would be in touch, to have the ad designed the way I wanted it. I told her that I already had an advertisement, however I wanted to add a coupon to the advertisement. I waited for nearly a month and never had any contact with the company during this duration. I decided to call right before the 4^th of July Holiday and they told me that they were waiting on me to approve the advertisement. I told them that I did not have a copy to approve. By the days end, I had a copy of the advertisement, which was simply my advertisement, Photo-​shopped with a tiny little star that said 20% off on the inside of it. I called the next day to complain and the advertisement was reworked to my approval a couple to a few days later.
Continuing on, about two weeks ago I received a phone call from another sales person within their company offering me an exclusive advertisement for my company in the drapery and upholstery categories. I then knew it was a scam, as I already had an exclusive in those categories. I called out the salesperson who in turn used the excuse I’m new to the company and just trying to learn and he was very sorry. I hung up with him, called my contact who apologized profusely. I told him at that point it was a scam, only to be told that I should take it easy on the new guy. Today, July 23^rd, 2015, I called one last time to ask when the magazine would be coming out and how I could get my hands on a copy. The response I got from the company was that they were still looking for companies to advertise so that they could fill the quota and get the magazine published and distributed. I told them that that magazine was supposed to come out the last Friday in June, The gentleman on the other end of the phone argued with me over the publishing date as well. At this point I called Bullsh*t on them. I told them I wanted a full refund. They said OK but I would have to wait 72 hours so that they could contact American Express. I was quite adamant and said it does not take 72 hours to call AMEX. I could do it as soon as I hung up the phone. The person on the other end of the phone told me if I contacted AMEX to dispute the charges, they would send over a copy of the signed contract to AMEX, stating that I singed an agreement not to cancel.
At this point instead of being bullied by TRC Multimedia, I called AMEX and started a fraud inquiry with the company as well as disputed the charges. AMEX said that this company is well known for the business ethics being shallow and pedantic.
After ending my conversation with the AMEX fraud department, I called the Florida Attorney General. They are quite aware of this company and their scams, but are just waiting to be able to catch them in the act and pounce on them. The Florida AG’s office said it’s just a matter of time… Just a matter of time!
Finally, I made three phone calls this morning to the three golf courses/​country clubs I was promised advertising at. All three General Managers said it was a hoax. Not one of the three ever heard of TRC Multimedia, nor do they have any programs of this kind. Makes you wonder where people get their Chutzpah from!!!
I will post a follow up once everything is taken care of and settled.

This company is a scam. I should have gone with my gut instinct. After taking my payment and promising to advertise in their magazine at several prominent Golf Clubs, I got nada. I have made multiple attempts to obtain a copy of the magazine only to be shuffled from one person to another. Cody hung up on me when I asked to speak to a manager. Eric, one of the managers promised to send a copy out immediately. Now he won’t return calls and no magazine has ever shown up. DO NOT give them any money. They are horrible scammers.

These guys are scammers. I opened a business last year and they contacted me about high end advertising in a golf publication. It smelled a little fishy but it sounded worth a shot so I did it. I had to follow up with them about submitting artwork, though they had immediately invoiced and billed me via my credit card. They called to try to get me to renew a few months later and when I told the woman on the phone I didn’t think so, I never even saw the first magazine, she hung up on me. I never heard from them again. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice… Nope.

This company is a scam. Cody called my business (wedding industry) unsolicited, asking for us to buy an ad in their publication that was being mailed out to «members of 3 country clubs». I asked for a hard copy to review, and he would not mail one. When I asked if they had any referrals from other businesses who had success with them, I was transferred to a supervisor named Eric. When I asked for a digital copy of a local edition, he said he would see what he could do and call me back.
I called one of the country clubs they were supposedly «mailing» to, and spoke with a supervisor — they said they have never heard of TRC multimedia, and would never sell their member’s addresses.
Based on some reviews, it seems there may be a section of the company that does legitimate work, however selling advertising in country clubs to wedding vendors is not part of that.

Follow up:
After writing a detailed email and leaving an irate message with the contact person at TRCMM regarding our frustration and concerns, we were immediately refunded and our requests were addressed fairly quickly.
We did request to have our ads pulled, as the demographic and experience were not what we were looking for.
Although our initial experience was challenging, the responsiveness and the ownership of responsibility for the difficulties and challenges we experienced with TRCMM by TRCMM was actually a positive experience.
If you are planning to do business with this company, please please do your homework and know your demographic.

This review is in regard to TRC’s «Reliable Choice».
Pitched as a high end magazine/​mailer targeting affluent demographics, the publication is little more then a crap hand out found at the corner gas station.
Generic photography, ill formatted text, poorly written articles, and amateur graphic design on a backdrop of flimsy card stock radiate mediocrity and cheapness.
I assure you, «reliable choice» erodes any legitimate brand equity your company may hold in its respective marketplace.
I have a hard time believing any upscale leisure/​entertainment establishment would place this publication in the hands of members or clients.

My experience with TRC multi media was second to none. I initially contacted to help them expand my business into the online market and they told me about a few different avenues including the mobile world. We worked hand in hand to reach a common goal and even after a few months I see more business coming in. Friendly customer service and an passionate marketing team is what to expect from these guys. Would recommend to any business owner.
