Rude. Snappy. No smiles. This describes the woman with short brown hair at the front desk with zero customer service skills. Wasn’t asked how I wanted my package boxed or shipped. She boxed it and told me it would be $ 27 to send my package, and it would take 10 days to arrive. I told her that was too much, I think I will use the Post Office. Then she tried to charge me $ 6 for the box I never asked for! Upset, I told her that was absurd and I wouldn’t pay. I was then given a moral commentary on how I shouldn’t be getting upset. Take a look in the mirror… DO YOUR JOB And maybe smile.

This is your typical UPS Store, I guess. They ship boxes and mail stuff… rock on!
The only reason I give it only 3-​stars is because they are never too friendly in there and always seem distracted. The two times I’ve been in here alone the workers were visiting one another and not very prompt and then when she did greet me, let me rewind, when she didn’t greet me, she was rude. I didn’t lose sleep over it but you’d think with that job being as boring as it probably is, that you could possibly gather energy from smiling at customers :)
I will continue to go back, though, when I need things shipped. If the workers smiled it would definitely up my star rating. This review has now been packaged and is awaiting shipment to the world wide web.
