Our specialties include Microsoft Outlook, all Microsoft Office applications, hardware troubleshooting, email/​internet problems, etc.

We are the digital plumbers, making sure that your internet service provider, computer manufacturer, Microsoft Windows, and the program itself all work together seamlessly. We are Windows Networking Experts.

We also service home office & residential computer systems. Spyware and Malware Removal, as well as data recovery, are two of our most common requests, and we are excellent at both.

Established in 2000.

We started with the simple idea that the needs of the client come first.

We noticed that each vendor (Internet Provider, PC Manufacturer, Microsoft, Application Publisher) was only really concerned with their own product. None of them took total responsibility for the outcome. None of them looked at things from the client’s perspective.

We bring all these vendors together, harnessed and pulling in the right direction, for the benefit of our client. That’s why people love us.

Jeffrey Jenkins, a Microsoft-​Certified Systems Enginer, is the owner & President of Fast Remote Help, Inc. I have worked as a Network Engineer for several companies, including Lens Express, before opening Fast Remote Help, Inc.
