I’m sorry to hear that you’re going through this.
This office, due to my own extremely unpleasant experience with their billing practices and lack of due diligence, had also made quite the impression on me. Of course, I do also share my experience, as a former patient, with my friends, family and colleagues in the Boca Raton area.
It is unfortunate; however, on the bright side, there are so many others in this profession located here in Boca. It took a while, but I found what I believe will be my forever dentist and they’re right around the corner. What a rip off! I decided to get a filling while I had some downtime in Boca. After charging me $ 150 at the initial appointment, they told me that this is standard operating procedure and any money received from the insurance company would be refunded. I then received another bill for $ 78, and when I called was told that the insurance company only paid $ 19, and I owed additional $. After checking with the insurance company, I found that they only submitted a claim for $ 66, of which $ 19 was paid, so I owed a total of $ 47, so I should be due a refund of $ 103. I initially found this dentist through Unilocal,and I’m hoping I could prevent the same thing happening to someone else.

I am not recommending this dentist.
I have decided to retract my initial review pending further clarification from my insurance carrier and Dr. London’s billing dept.

I am doing my Invisalign process at Dr. London’s and it has been nothing but a pleasure so far. There is never a wait and the staff is always so nice.

BEWARE!!! I had veneers done by Dr. London a couple of years ago and I came in for the second time to have a very slight space between my front teeth bonded. I never had any space before the veneers and Dr. London is trying to explain it away and attribute it to not getting dental cleanings every three months. I haven’t gotten cleanings every three months in my entire life. My teeth were and still are very healthy. No problems whatsoever! After spending close to $ 14,000 I expected that he would bond the space. Well, he did and the entire thing took 10 minutes because I timed it. On checkout I’m informed that my service was $ 338.00. I don’t think so!!! I asked what the cost of the simplest filling was and I was told by girl that was checking me out that it was $ 190.00. Since my simple procedure was far less involved than a filling for a surface cavity I felt that $ 190.00 was more than adequate. I asked to speak to Dr. London but was told that he was in a meeting. He renovated his office to the tune of thousands of dollars so someone has to pay for it. I don’t expect to get anything for free but I sorely object to getting ripped off! This episode proved to me that Dr. London is nothing short of a snake oil salesman. He’s trying to acquire new patient by offering incentives to existing customers for referrals and the ability to win a large flat screen T.V. Next, he’ll be selling Amway. He lost me as a patient and I will never refer anyone to his practice. Pennywise and pound foolish! This is what happens when you get too greedy. There are plenty of excellent dentists in the area that are just as good if not better. After leaving his office, I did my research to find out what the going rate was in the boca raton area for this procedure and Dr. London was 3 times higher than the other dentists. Proceed with caution !!!

You are lying. The other dentist who did the corrected root canal did a fantastic job and I have glowing reports for him — he is now our kids family dentist! You can read my Unilocal review of him he’s amazing! You did not speak to him and by the way, there were 3 other pediatric dentists who all concurred that you did not do the root canal– so please tell me exactly what it was you did to my daughter while she was with you and charged me for???
As for the name change, its because my lawyer advised me not use my real name as I am in process of taking this matter to court since you did not respond to any of my calls to resolve this issue amicably as I attempted multiple time to do– — so you are lying.

How long does your dentist make you wait? In the world of medicine and doctor appointments, majority of medical professions are so busy and you can be waiting for any where up to 30 minutes to an hour etc. I have never encountered that problem with this facility.
Today my retainer measurements were done. I’m on my last Invisalign tray and I’m so excited. Dr. London and his team did an excellent job throughout the year I had my Invisalign. I got corrections done from the previous Invisalign. I’m happy with my teeth and got my attachments removed. My 4 sets of retainer will be given to me in the 2 – 3 weeks and I am going to follow those instructions because I really do not want my teeth to lose their perfect smile now :)
I get my teeth cleaned every few months from them as well. I would really like to suggest Rosie. She is excellent because she takes her time and is efficient at the same time. She has a big smile always and I really love her attitude.
I plan to be this office’s patient for a very long time. Thank you Dr. London and your entire staff who always have a smile on their face!

BEWARE!!! I along with my kids went to Dr. London.
I was given a price of $ 100.00 for work done on my son. I received a bill for $ 1500.00. When I called wondering how this could happen because I never would of agreed to $ 1500.00 worth of work since I can’t afford it, I was told that’s wrong it’s $ 100.00. I then called the office a few days later to pay the $ 100.00 the girl in the office would not take my call. I called several times trying to pay the $ 100.00 I was told I owe and never received a call back. Shortly thereafter I received a call from a lawyer wanting me to pay the 1500.00. What a scam this place is.

This review is for Dr.Dubiner. who works at Dr. London’s office. Great dentist, honestly nothing bad about him or this office. Everyone cringes at the mention of dentist appointments. But really go here if you need Invisalign or cleaning of your teeth or any mouth work done. They have state of the art equipment. The staff is great from the receptionist, the dental hygienists, dental assistants, dentists etc.
Give them your dental information and see how much your dental insurance covers the dental work. I have noticed this office is very reasonable in all their costs and coverages. The environment is great and spacious. Multiple rooms with tvs and blankets if you get cold. They treat and value their patients 110%! I’m half way done with my Invisalign and no complaints. My routine check ups are going great. It’s really never to late to start caring about your teeth.

Started invisaline process in October and couldn’t be happier. The first few days were uncomfortable but after that I could barely recognize that I had them. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I now come here for cleanings as well.

The dentist was very aware that I was not satisfied with the gaps he created in my teeth and did not care. I also wanted to add that when the dentist removed my buttons he also removed my tooth enamel creating life long problems. My bite is also off now and will need correction.

I have been a patient of Dr. London for almost six years now. I just got two fillings and I am so appreciative of the great work Dr. London and his dental assistants provide.

Horrible– messed up my teeth and I have been paying for it fifty times over. You get what you pay for– and his prices are very underpriced compared to other boca dentists.

I have been waiting for about 3 months now to fix a charge they keep billing me for. I went in because there was a groupon but used my private insurance. They did a flouride rinse after a cleaning just to charge me extra without advising me first. Than when i asked to see the dentist about my minor son’s teeth the dental assistant kept insisiting the dentist talked to my son. Again, he is a minor and the talking should be to me as a parent. Needless to say I’ll never go back or recommend this practice and I’d avise you to put everything in writing before you go in the back to have any work or xrays done!!!
