I combined the needs and wants from both sides of the scale and developed a process that will improve the overall atmosphere of the workplace. By giving the employees an activity to look forward to each week and having energy and production levels soar, Start My Fitness Challenge is a fun and involved system ensured to keep the office working at its highest potential and creating the most needed foundation to anything of value, loyalty.
