Rochelle L.

Business Owner

Rochelle LeCavalier has over 15 years of successful residential real estate experience, which began at a civil engineering firm in Las Vegas, Nevada as Land Research & Feasibility Studies Manager.

She continued her real estate career working in land development and new home sales, followed by residential real estate and mortgage lending; all the while learning the various facets and workings of the business and winning multiple sales and performance awards. In 2005, Lecavalier relocated to Florida and formed the real estate team that would later become Pink Palm Properties.

Lecavalier holds a Master’s of Business Administration in E-​Business, a B.S. in Business Management as well as the following prestigious designations: Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI), Certified Investor Agent Specialist (CIAS), held by fewer than 2% of all Realtors and is an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) with the Institute for Real Estate Management.
