If I could give zero I would. We began talking with their sales rep Jason in February. Agreed verbally to their magazine and program. Looked at the website as we discussed the advertising option. We agreed to bill our credit card and would receive the contract the same day. We received the contract but requested that it be modified to include dates and areas. The contract could never be completed correctly. Gave numerous chances to get it right. We requested a refund via email for the expense. No reply. I called today no phone number is working. The website is down. The graphic artist that was subcontracted out replied and said that he is disappointed as well. The company has not paid him for his work and they are not replying to him either. So shady. Be warned!
