Wow. I called for a disposal problem and was told the technician would arrive between 6−8pm… 8pm comes and nobody called or showed, and nobody answered the phone. Called the next day to complain and I get another appointment, I was told they would be there between 6−8pm again but got a call later that same day cancelling my appointment. Will not use again.

Scheduled an appointment for a Friday morning, and the tech never showed up, and never called. Gave them a second chance, and scheduled another appointment for Tuesday afternoon, and they called and canceled 20 minutes before the appointment. DON’T USE THEM, YOU’LL BE WASTING YOUR TIME WAITING FOR A NO-​SHOW.
