I see the other great reviews but that was not my experience. My 10 year old son has recently started to like steak so I took him to a «real» butcher, the folks behind the counter were less friendly and informative than the Fresh Market. And, check out the porterhouse photo I posted — where’s the filet? I won’t be back.

I stopped by just as they were closing, in desperate need of two prime (not choice or Angus) sirloin steaks for a dinner that was starting in 30 minutes (don’t ask what happened to the steaks we purchased at Publix a few days prior). Prompt service, clean, friendly staff, and two delicious steaks. The counters were being cleared given the last minute nature of my visit, so I can’t attest to the quality of the seafood or other meats but I will most certainly be back. A more thorough review to follow. They’ve been around since 1998, prior to the arrival of Publix, and are still in business… that says something.

The number one butcher in Boca. I have been going here since I was a kid and the quality has never changed. The difference in quality from any other store is noticed in the first bite. I stop here every Friday for coming inspiration.

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. I’ve been looking for a place to buy Korean BBQ meats for so long without having to go all the way down south at the Korean market in Lauderhill and I finally found this place. They know how to do LA Kalbi style cut and are willing to figure out new cuts from recipes or instructions. Next time I may ask for even thinner cuts.
The shopping center where they are at is a little hard to find so make sure you have their number on hand.
Unfortunately, being a specialty store, it was expensive, but it’s not like they have much competition around when it comes to hard to find cuts of meat.

Great place to go for quality cuts and meats. Definitely worth the prices, which might be considered high, but decent in my opinion. The guys are always welcoming and definitely know their craft. Need help/​ideas on how to make the items you’re picking up? They’ll be more than willing to help you out.
Honestly, my only issue was concerning their website. Some outdated information/​items no longer offered in-​store was a bit of a disappointment. Otherwise, it’s a great place to go for your fresh steak/​seafood/​etc.

Butcher shop in the back, quality meats presented in the front.
Big pieces of scallops that are as fresh as can be. Chicken Breast were great. The Ribeye Steak were top notch. And the best are their hamburger beef patties.
This place will shrink your wallet size quite a bit so be prepared.
You guys Rock!
