Maid For You of Boca Raton Inc

Not sure why Eric had such a bad experience because I’ve used Maid For You before and love their service! If you need a quality maid service, look no further. I recommend these guys to all my friends.

Have been using this service for years and have always found the service to offer the best service and the most qualified and experienced workers every time I used this company.
I have found 2 – 3 companies that have used the name «Maid For You» but these companies are not the legitimate Maid For You. I had to ask another company several times their location, only to be given another address.
Be aware of those companies, they are out there.

I have contracted «Maid for You of Boca Raton» three times in the past two months. The first time none of the floors were cleaned nor were the windows. I left the cleaner in my home while I went to work with the job and tip already paid. When I arrived home to see none of the required work completed, I called Sherry, the owner, to request the job to be completed and she told me, «No. They are too busy to come back,» and instead, I would get an hour free next time they clean our home.
The second time they cleaned my home I made sure I was around to supervise and point out areas that I wanted cleaned. When I booked the second cleaning, I also booked a third cleaning for the day before New Year’s, as I am having a party and wanted a clean house.
Today I received a phone call from the owner Sherry who was extremely rude asking if I still wanted the cleaning on Monday. When I told her yes, she went on to say she overbooked and could not come at the requested time. I asked if we could do the next day and she said no. She said it must be at 8:30 a.m., not 10 a.m. like originally requested. I then told her I cannot do that time as I have a house full of company and I am in a wheelchair and it takes a long time to get up and out of the home.
She then told me «too bad» and that she cannot make it because she refused to move her overloaded schedule and that she should never have booked 10 a.m. I then told her she has bad business practices and she still said «oh well» and «too bad.»
Maid for You and Sherry, the owner, need a lesson in quality business practices. As a business owner, I would never tell a client «too bad» or «oh well.»
«Maid for You» was recommended by a friend but come to find out this company is not Maid for You. They are «Maid for You of Boca Raton.» Do not get the two companies confused. Business owners who do this are always trying to take the good publicity of a truly reputable company who work hard at a good reputation.
