Needed work on a pool. Called to have the pool inspected. The owner and helper came out immediately (within 2 hours) to inspect the pool and while they were there checked the motors and filters, too.
They wound up signing the client on for monthly pool maintenance. I spoke with the clients and they said that they were very happy with the service since.
I was happy with the fact that they showed up when they said they would and helped to allay the fears of the owners as to the true condition of the pool, which was fine.
