Guest Suites of Boca Raton

It was a pretty smooth check in and out. Pool and jacuzzi was really awesome. Breakfast was really good. Simple but hey it’s included. Conveniently located off 95 with less congestion. I would consider coming back.

Alright hotel, but not the best.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and right in the heart of BOCA! The service is excellent! The staff was super helpful and practically waited on my hand and foot! The beds are soooo comfortable it’s like sleeping on a cloud! The room looked brand new! It was beautiful clean and spacious (fit my husband me and our two children) the pool was absolutely beautiful and they had mini golf for the kids! I enjoyed it so much I will definitely be back! Thank you Guest Suites!!!

This hotel is filthy. The bathtub is dirty, the floors are dirty, and the windows haven’t been cleaned in ages. The Internet is also horrible! It works sometimes and sometimes it doesn’t. The customer service is below average. My employers chose this hotel for me and my coworkers, but I would never elect to stay in this establishment.

Well what can I say. We booked a two week stay through Bookings dot com as the price seemed reasonable. When we got there we started to have second thoughts about this place. We parked in the back where our room access was from the parking lot. First thing I noticed was the mouse traps on the sidewalk, not a good sign. The garbage dumpster also greeted us. The room was pretty dark and dingy. The TV was great but not a lot of channels, The bathroom is weird, toilet on an angle and at least is was clean but guess what the sink is in the bed area, which would have been OK but the water only trickled out. I had to use the bar sink in the so called living room area to shave and brush my teeth. What a pain. The couch in the living room area was from another era but the beds were fine, large and comfortable. The straw that broke the camels back for us was the water was turned off by the city of Boca Raton. Turns out the plumbing is not to code. After a while it came back on but guess what, no hot water. An inquiry at the front desk we found out the water was turned off several times in the last two months. The hot water was now waiting for a new boiler to be installed and that could take a few weeks. Well that was enough for us, we checked out and went somewhere else. The complimentary breakfast consisted of hard boiled eggs in a plate full of water, bagels, waffle machine, cereal, some pastries and the juice dispensers. Milk was usually empty therefore no cereal, so I had juice and boiled eggs. The toaster for the bagels was hard to get to since the guests that were there were very pushy and crowded the food bars. On more that one occasion I was pushed out of the way by a group of very aggressive 80 year olds. I guess that’s the Florida way. All in all this place needs a total cleaning and update, the only thing that worked well was the TV. Folks please do due diligence before staying here. You will be glad you did..

Wow! This place takes the cake of one of the worst places I have ever stayed. Not all bad but mostly… I will try to point highs and lows. First, I tried to verify my reservations and the phone lines were down so kept getting busy signal. Check in was fine but, was a bit dirty looking and a lot of construction going on. Got to the room and I was a little confused because a bunch of rooms were ajar and I’m like what is going on around this place? Got into the room and the first thing I saw was some old dingy couch with stains and some beat up furniture but the floor was nice and bathroom nice and the mattress new but the carpet old and nasty like the couch. Then I realized the room is half renovated. So instead of doing one room at a time they are trying to piece meal it and it isn’t working. Tv was so new it was popping up advertisements for Sanyo that no one… but me now knows how to get rid of. Best advice just stay away from this place til renovations are completely done… I’m scared for breakfast in the morning… ps Internet sucks ass.
