The past 25 years in the mortgage business has taught me that there’s no «One Size Fits All» solution for the best home loan. While some First Time Home Buyer may be most concerned about monthly payment, others may be more focused on down payment or closing costs. Buyers of an investment property may be more interested in rental cash flow and future appreciation, while vacation home buyers may want shorter term home loans to have property paid off sooner.

My strengths are embedded in my ability to help clients determine all their options using my strong analytical skills, listening ability and patience to make sure they fully understand all the financial implications they face in purchasing or refinancing a home.
