FLASH Restoration is a property emergency disaster care company specializing in damage mitigation and property restoration in the state of Florida and beyond.

Owner Donald Brodsky is also the principle owner of House of Floors of Palm Beach, the industry leader in floor covering sales and installation for over 20 years.

Over the years an increasing number of House of Floors clients, particularly multifamily property managers, have called in seeking emergency care for disastrous flood, fire, smoke, mold and biohazard events, making restoration a natural extension of our core business. Importantly, Donald incurred catastrophic property damage in excess of $ 800,000 of his own in 2005. A less-​than-​stellar restoration experience caused him to research the category and create a better solution.
