The Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Boca Raton Florida Hotel is ideally located near the intersection of Glades Road and Interstate-​95 next to the Cinemark Palace 20 Theatres and Boomers Boca Raton. The Boca Raton Airport (BCT) with Avitat and Boca Aviation FBO’s are directly behind the hotel. This Boca Raton hotel is near many attractions including the Town Center Mall, Mizner Park, Morikami Museum and the Boca Raton Art Museum. Of course the beautiful Atlantic Ocean beaches of Boca Raton and Delray Beach are just minutes from the hotel. Golf is plentiful in Boca Raton and our location makes getting to your tee time quick and easy. Kaitlyn joined Vista Host in 2007 as a Sales Manager for the Hampton Inn Portsmouth, New Hampshire. After only a year, Kaitlyn was promoted to the Director of Sales position for the property. With her enthusiasm for the hospitality industry and proven track record, she was then promoted to the role of Director of Sales at the Hampton Inn Ft. Lauderdale Airport North Cruise Port. Shortly thereafter, Kaitlyn was promoted to the Area Director of Sales role serving our properties in South Florida. She found immediate success in her responsibilities for the Fairfield Inn & Suites Boca Raton and Fairfield Inn & Suites Jupiter, along with overseeing the sales and marketing efforts in Ft. Lauderdale. In December 2010, she was promoted to Regional Director of Sales, a position which allowed her to gain oversight of the sales initiatives for our two properties in Bossier City /​Shreveport, Louisiana, in addition to the South Florida market.

This hotel was not what I had expected it to be. The first day of breakfast was fine, but the drink machine was broken the next morning. What an inconvenience. Well, the pool was pretty dirty and this hotel was right next to an airport which doesn’t seem right and the road noise was disturbing. Overall, I wouldn’t chose to ever stay at this hotel in my life time again.

Far and away NOT the nicest FFI I have stayed at, but also not the worst. The bathroom floor and sink were dirty when I checked in, and the room in general could use a deep clean. The staff were friendly and I like the free breakfast.
Overall there are much nicer hotels for very little extra in the area — likely would not stay here again.

This is my go to hotel when seeing my doc in Boca. First bonus, they take pets. Second bonus, this last time I had to stay 2 extra days due to unexpected medical problems and they gave me their hospital rate. The workout room is great, as is the outdoor jacuzzi. Clean rooms and comfortable bed and friendly staff. Conveniently located near Whole Foods. They also serve scrambled eggs and sausages for breakfast along with fruit and the usual options. Coffee is 24hrs.

If road noise lulls you to sleep, if you like to do your own in-​room maintenance, if you like quasi-​alien sounds emanating from the AC, if you don’t mind bed linens that need replacement, this place is for YOU!
Specifics: Asked for an extra pillow. We were presented with one with a torn and dirty pillow case. Toilet was clogged. No maintenance man on duty. The desk sent up a toilet plunger. The AC made an extra terrestrial high pitch tone several times during the night waking me up. That was easy as the mattress had the softness of a cinder block and I was having a hard time sleeping. The shower curtain rod is tilting downward and is about to fall off the wall so the curtain gathers in the center allowing the floor to get wet.
As a frequent Marriot guest I was surprised at how poorly maintained this property is. I asked at the desk if it was a company owned or franchised property. I was shown a sign on the wall that it was run by some hotel group. Marriot should visit this property and straighten it out.
I do want to write that the staff is very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, that doesn’t compensate for the rest of the issues.

If you are looking for a budget friendly hotel and don’t need fancy things, this place works fine. We have stayed multiple times. Mention FAU for a parent and family discount. Breakfast is included. It’s not a 5 start breakfast but it does have eggs, waffles, fruit, cereals, breads and yogurt to choose from. The rooms are clean. They were upgrading during our last visit.

Not the best but not the worst. Check in went fine, overall small hotel. Rooms were ok, nothing great, housekeeping definitely not to good. Fitness room very small couldn’t do much of a workout. For the price you can probably getting something a little better.

The Fairfield Inn and Suites has been newly renovated. Clyde and I went to their Grand Reopening Party. The hotel is tucked between the Boca Raton Airport and I 95. The lobby is small, but comfortable. When we entered the lobby we noticed that it was nicely decorated. There was comfortable places to sit and a few tables and chairs. There was a platter with crackers, fruit, and cheese on one table. There was also a table set up with beer, wine, soda, and bottled water. I asked the hostess serving the drinks if the food and drinks was for Happy Hour for hotel guests. She said the refreshments were for the reopening celebration.
There’s a fairly large room next to the lobby with a counter, tables, and chairs. I assume this is where they serve their guests the free breakfast that comes with the room. While we were there they had food set up for the reopening. They had sandwich wraps, chips and salsa, pulled pork and buns, and Mac and cheese with chicken. The chips were a little stale, but everything else was delicious.
There was a little putting green set up in the lobby and a few of the guests were playing.
Behind the lobby was a fenced in pool and patio with comfortable looking lounge chairs. They had nice plantings.
This location is very convenient to I 95. You can see the hotel from the highway. They’re about ten minutes from lots of restaurants and shopping.
Most important to me when I’m traveling by car. is that this hotel is PET FRIENDLY.

I had such a bad experience here that I checked out early to bunk with my folks in their hotel room at a different hotel. Yup, I’d rather share a room with my parents than stay here alone.
I’m a platinum member but was treated with scorn from check in. The only nice person was the desk guy they sent up to help with a huge puddle on the carpet when I got to my room. This was later cleaned up but the underlying problem was not fixed as it kept getting wet. When I asked them to compensate me with points or move me the manager was quite surly about it all.
The walls are pretty thin and don’t keep out the take offs from the air port next door. There are also no restaurants nearby in case you want to eat, it’s car access only. I realize this isn’t their fault but it did not help my mood.
I wish I looked at reviews before booking this with my reward points. I could have saved myself the trouble.

I booked online, because there was a good discount rate and it was supposedly pet friendly. I got here and was told there is a 75.00 pet fee. Seriously? the room was 80. That just doesn’t seem really pet friendly to me. Otherwise, the room was nice, so was the staff (Stephanie). our room was just recently renovated the beds were nice, and the place was clean. Renovations were going on but nothing to cause disruption to a restful stay.

I have stayed here several times. I just stayed here last night for one night and I really enjoyed my stay. I had a great room and the staff was very friendly. The free breakfast buffet is really good and the free wifi allowed me to get work done in the hotel. The bed was really comfortable. They also have a pull out sofa bed which is great if you have an extra guest or if you are traveling with children. I really love this hotel and I will stay here again.

I have never in my life had a worst experience checking into a hotel the night person that checks people into this hotel named Mark absolutely was unprofessional hostile rude and degraded me in front of other guests I booked my room off of
I was told that it would be fine to use my husband credit card as long as I had proper ID however when I arrived here the guy as I said Mark at the front desk checking people in kept me at the front desk for over an hour and a half he proceeded to yell at me and honestly I don’t know if this is because he is an much older man that just needs to go ahead and retire but I have never in my life been disrespected like this at any facility I would never in my life ever stay here again if that man was working at the front desk after he proceeded to yell at me he apologised at the end then asked me to tell crystal or Linda I cannot remember the name he gave to me to given him a good recommendation at the front desk after what he put me through there is no way I would ever do this i told mark I just flew back in from East Africa after 6 months and a very long flight .As I am a medical missionary he kept me up at the front desk like I said for over an hour and a half. Any who the rooms are decent but honestly you can find way better in this area for cheaper I travel quite a bit with my job so I’m quite savvy with different hotel experiences and this by far has been my worst.

I booked this hotel for a work trip. Im familiar with the area and was thinking because its a Marriott hotel and in a good part of Boca, that it would be a great hotel. I was VERY wrong. Apart from the interior being old, the bathrooms needing a lot of updating and the humidifier in our room, at midnight, the other person staying in the room noticed BED BUGS crawling all over her bed– in her sheets, on her comforter on her pillow etc. The front desk staff was absolutely no help, telling us to go back to sleep and we could deal with it in the morning, offering us bug spray, telling us they were fully booked and nothing could be done. We promptly packed our stuff up and left.
I was so dissapointed with the level of cleanliness and lack of customer service with this hotel. I will never book with them again and will think twice about booking again with Marriott.

We came here after our Best Western disaster. Front desk is nice, pool is clean too. Rooms are good and place is clean. Breakfast was decent but it gets packed and only one waffle maker. Gym is super small. One treadmill and one elliptical. But you definitely get your money’s worth.

I left the frigid, snow covered land of Illinois for a 2-​day business trip that required a central location. This happened to be one of the only hotels in the area that was reasonably priced and provided this centrality. In hindsight, I would have begged my Director to approve a higher rate rather than stay at such a downtrodden dump.
Upon arrival I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to appear at the front desk. I called the hotel from my cell and when the manager picked up I informed him I was waiting to be checked in. The entire hotel smelled bad. It was a combination of dirt, old age and a grandparents’ attic. The walls were scuffed. The bathroom floors had odd marks on them.
The bathroom towels, my God! You would be better off purchasing a roll of Bounty than attempt to dry off with their towels. I sought refuge in their «Fitness Center». The «Fitness Center» is actually a cube that contains a treadmill, an elliptical machine and a television that does not work. The 2 machines in the «Fitness Center» are so close that I could feel the sweat of the person next to me hitting my face. I was mortified.
After waking up the next morning (having not truly slept as my bed sunk severely to the left and I felt like I was falling off all night) I grabbed a cup of barely warm coffee from their complimentary breakfast. I promptly checked out. Then, I sat in my rental car, closed my eyes and used my mental powers to remove that awful experience from memory. Leaving only enough traces of this hell hole to be Unilocaled upon my return to normalcy.

This is a perfectly passable hotel location — quiet, comfortable and easy to get to. It’s right next to the airport, though I never heard any outside noise.
The lobby and hallways look recently remodeled, though the room décor could use refreshing.
The staff at the desk could help by knowing the neighborhoods better. I asked for a restaurant tip and was directed to the closest place — fine but it was pricey. A couple minutes’ additional drive would have been preferable and offered more choices. As I left, I asked where I could get a pop and was directed to the 7-​Eleven a couple miles away. Not helpful.
I stayed here a couple nights for an event at Florida Atlantic University and would do so again if I return.
