Eye Associates of Boca Raton

There are few times I’m moved enough by an establishment to write a review, but this is surely one. Firstly, upon walking in, there was a lengthy line and only one receptionist working; meanwhile 2 other employees behind her seeming to be doing nothing. When I got up there, I filled out some paperwork and was told to wait for my name to be called. Three fourths of an hour later, I finally get called, and ushered in to a back room, where I am told to wait for the doctor to come in. Another 45 minutes pass before he finally walks in the door. He was unable to properly answer a few questions I had because he was «rushed and didn’t have the full time» for them. The overall visit was not enjoying, I do not recommend this place. They treat patients as numbers and not actual people

My wife and I were both patients. I left about two years ago my wife continued. My reasons were very long waiting and a feeling that I was in a factory. Also when I filled my script I could see out of my new glasses. Turned out I received an incorrect diagnosis.
My recently had an appointment and waited 2 ½ hours after being dialed when she first arrived. When she finally saw the doctor and asked why all the waiting he didn’t want hear about it and was extremely rude to my wife. Al
It’s arrogant. Suffice it to say she left.
