The absolute worst place I’ve ever been to! The guy Rick who works at the Boca location is so mean and awful I left there in tears and so did my mom when she tried to go back and talk to him for me! The most unorganized, non-​customer friendly person and place I’ve ever seen. I do not recommend going there, and if you are to get your car towed at all costs avoid getting it brought to them!
