Very Very unprofessional Dental office. They give you a quote first for out of pocket patients responsibility and then send you another statement saying that your coverage has gone downgraded. Well its your responsibility to check patients benefits before the procedure and check the benefits.
My wife had a cavity filling procedure and they gave us a quote of $ 355 which we paid at the time of service in full. On top of it this office send us a bill statement of $ 300 without even checking our claim with the insurance.
We contact our dental insurance and they said they already paid for it.
Not just that.
I had an office visit only for cleaning procedure which is covered by my insurance 100% and they send me a bill statement of $ 84. I spoke with my insurance and they said they just paid for it just yesterday.
So they didn’t even wait for the claim to get processed completely & EOB and bill me without even verifying if my claim is paid or not which is totally unprofessional.
I recommend all existing and new patients to be aware of it and ask this office staff to double check your out of pocket with your insurance before to go for any procedure.

This place is terrible. They numbed my teeth and made me wait for another hour (dentist said he would be back quickly but left for an hour). By the time he was back, they said they had to numb it again and charge for a second numbing. It is freezing cold inside too. After waiting there for 4 hours, I had enough and left. Never coming back again.

The dentist has to be one of the most dreaded places to go. Dr. Brown is by far the of the funniest and most professional dentist out there. Let’s be honest, there is never going to be a cheap dentist. You get what you pay for. The staff is very helpful and will try to find solutions, such as CareCredit, to help you financially. After seeing the office a few times, I decided to look in their orthodontics. I got Invisalign with them and will have to say they make sure to take extra care of you. Dental Care of Boca Raton is definitely recommended to anyone looking for a dental care provider.

Dental Care of Boca Raton rated five stars with me… and I’m a tough critic! Recently relocating to Florida, and having dental anxiety I was not excited about finding a new dentist. I’m sad to say they were actually the second dental office I visited, but so glad they were! A previous dentist (wish I read his reviews) had me waiting over an hour just to take a look at my teeth so that he could schedule me another appointment the following day for a cleaning! It was the complete opposite at Dental Care of Boca Raton. As soon as I arrived, I was warmly greeted and even seen on time! The entire office was helpful and full of professionalism. Doctor Andrew Browne and his assistant Omar did everything to ensure my comfort level while I literally squirmed in the chair. Dr Browne even managed to make my dreadful cavity experience a somewhat pleasant one. Right down to the shot he gave me in my mouth, it was almost virtually painless. It’s obvious that they take a great personal interest in their patients while providing first class dental work and service. I 100% recommend them and look forward to getting my teeth cleaned in another six months!

OK I’ll admit it, I act like a wild animal with rabies at the dentist. I have a heightened fear of the drill/​saw/​other torture machines. That being said they do a pretty good job. I’ve been for cleanings, and had my wisdom teeth pulled here (they never got to the fourth one because I started kicking).
Word of advice: when you prepare for the surgery, and they tell you not to smoke or the pain-​go-​bye-​bye-​pills don’t work– they are not kidding. I think I was supposed to be out cold, but instead I was just wasted and angry. I had two compacted teeth that had to be sawed out, RAR!
Just one more word of advice: they will try to make you buy all this special toothpaste and junk, or get you to do some cosmetic procedure that will cost you thousands of dollars. Do I look like I can spend 4k on braces and teeth whiting? Besides my grill is AWESOME.
The bright side is they are hi-​tech, and text appointment reminders. They will also take a culture of your mouth and put it on this microscope that displays onto the TV in the examination room, neato.
