Visited over the weekend with the family. We needed several serving dishes and other household items. Sure the prices are a little higher, but most products are unique and appear to be higher quality.
I have purchased gift cards for several coworkers here also. They were appreciative of the gift and found several items to appear in their homes.
This location has an outside door which is nice. They are located towards the back of the mall nearer to Nordstrom. Nice staff members too

I ordered a day bed five months ago and was super excited about the purchase. I was told that I would receive it in two months and decided it was worth the wait. After two months, I called because I hadn’t heard from anyone and was told it would be another two months. The day before the delivery, I was called to reschedule due to a computer glitch and would have to wait another three weeks for delivery. This day bed was supposed to be delivered today and I was called yet again to reschedule for next month. I then canceled the order. I’d like to thank Crate & Barrel for wasting five months of my time and space. I could’ve purchased something else that was just as nice a lot sooner had I known what I was in for. I will NEVER purchase anything from this company again. In fact, when I tried to post this very same review to their website, they sent an email that it wouldn’t be published. Clearly the reviews on their actual site are monitored and in turn biased.

Great service. Nice stuff. Something for every space.
The store itself is always perfectly organized, and it looks like a page in a catalog! The staff is very friendly as well.
Their order pickup (for online purchases) is wonderful, quick, and convenient.
I love this store… in fact, I hardly shop anywhere else!

Needed some new plates (can’t eat out every night). We knew what to expect from the products, but did not expect much from the sales staff. Boy were we wrong. They were so helpful. Figuring out different ways to price stuff, setting up place settings, and really going out of their way. We had a great experience!

I love Crate and Barrel, it’s the first one I’ve visited in Florida… Small, but OK on selection… They need to check too many things on their online catalog — which is not their fault.
Staff was very courteous and helpful… The layout didn’t work for me, but this locations is still great to browse…

This is simply an awesome Crate and Barrel, through and through. It’s in a convenient location and is attached to the mall. (That is to say, you can walk straight into it from the mall itself. Some locations are on mall property, but you have to walk outside of the mall to get there. So, this is perfect for the lazy guy that I am).
I can’t afford most of the stuff in this place, but if there is a sale going on, you can get some really good deals! I have to say that that the customer service here is PHENOMENAL. I had some stuff in my hands (I didn’t get a basket since I didn’t think I’d be getting anything!) and an associate offered to hold it for me/​get a basket. Every department I went I was asked if I needed help. Checkout also was fast and friendly (you can even get your receipt emailed to you — how technologically savvy and eco-​friendly!)
Let’s recap:
1. Conveniently attached to the mall.
2. Great deals when you can catch them.
3. EXCELLENT customer service.

Crate and Barrel is better than Pottery Barn, their furniture is cooler and more stylish. Their heavy pieces are pricey and I’ve found it’s best to get on their mailing list and wait for their huge sale that they have twice a year, once in the summer and once right after Xmas. I bought a gorgeous bamboo dresser for my son that was originally listed at $ 1799 for only $ 800, well worth the price. It was solid, very cool and really beautiful.
