Once again with all the rest of the people who are complaining…
DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS!!!
Run away… far, far, away.
They will give you heart palpitations, HTN and migraines.
THEY JUST DON’T CARE.
When your contracts up… leave or save your paid time off relaxing instead of waiting for some technician who doesn’t know what he is doing for the third time back for the same problem.
They get minus 000. Clueless, stupid, no communication with anyone there.
My only hope is you go out of business soon then to torture more innocent people.

They have invented a new level of punishment between purgatory and hell. It’s called CABLE TV CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I am dissapointed in comcast… I did not have internet for a whole week. This really affected my business and caused an inconvenience in my normal life style.

Comcast sends out ill mannered and poorly trained service people. They don’t show up as promised. I have waited three days for services installed over a month ago that still do not work .
Calling billing and customer service results in hours lost, service still lacking and no compensation.
Poor poor poor less than a minus star!!!

About as awful as it gets. Had service for a week. Internet does not work half the time. Had a tech come out to fix it. He did something with the wiring and now I have to leave the lights on in my bonus room for the TV and Internet to work… (sometimes). Called multiple times and was given credits, then called again today and found out that I didn’t receive all the credits I was promised. Have a tech coming tomorrow. I am to the point to where I’m just going to tell him to take this stuff with him. AT&T was bad but not nearly as bad as comcast.

Fire everyone there TODAY. I have been visiting this location in Delray Beach Florida for over two years and have only had a decent experience with one employee. This is the worst service center of any business or corporation that I have ever encountered. The employees are absolutely the worst on the planet their customer service level — their integrity level — their professionalism is at –0.
I can’t even begin to describe the complete disrespect, and fraudulent activities that I have personally experienced at the hands of the employees at this location.
Quick run down:
— they are usually busy having personal conversations about boyfriends and what their plans are that for that night or the weekend — while you sit there 30 – 1 hour waiting to be called
— they won’t help you answer questions about your bill or help you make a payment, instead they will refer you to call customer service WTF
— if you have a complaint and ask for a supervisor or manager; just know that another employee might PRETEND to be that manager. Yes, it’s happened to me — that’s fraud.
— if they happen to find a mistake on your bill and tell you that they’re going to adjusted it, don’t take their word for it. Check your bill a month or two afterwards to make sure that it was done — most likely it wasn’t adjusted
— If you have another service center to go to — go there — avoid this place by all means

Now to begin, I can’t stand Comcast on a normal basis and the wait at this center is always 30 min-​2 hour. They open at 8am, so try to come as close to that as you can to avoid a long wait. The girl who assisted me once I was called was extremely friendly, knowledgable and helpful. For once my needs with Comcast were taken care of and I left satisfied.

This my first and only visit to this center, and maybe the planets were aligned but I got amazing customer service from a lovely young lady named Keichea.
She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.
Kudos to her.
My advice? Go as soon as they open.
By the way I love my new Xfinity X1 boxes :)
Ps. Phone service by Comcast needs to be improved.

In three weeks, I have logged 13 hours on the phone with Comcast, met with six technicians, and have holes in my ceiling with wires draping down. That said, I still have no internet/​phone service. I have to explain my situation to every single person I speak to, and even the technicians show up without knowing why they are here. One technician was so rude and offensive I had to ask him to leave the house. I actually was unable to meet some of my job duties (I work online) and lost a portion of my job due to this mess. The worst part is that no one in the company seems to care or take responsibility. One ‘supervisor’ actually hung up on me when I tried to voice my complaints. I cannot stress enough how important it is to AVOID this company. It is absolutely the worst business I’ve ever encountered, and in truth a complete nightmare.

By far the worst TV and Internet service ever on earth.
Nobody but nobody cares in this company about costumer service.
Technically speaking, nobody knows how to help you on the phone. That’s if they answer when you call. You can be hours waiting for someone to help you.

Comcast service and customer service are among worst I have encountered. The internet has been down repeatedly as has TV service.
In fact this is my first ever Unilocal comment but I am boiling. Their phone agents gave me conflicting information about setting up a seasonal phone plan as I left one vacation home and headed back North. Suddenly the phone service is disconnected, a problem for us, and I have been on hold for 18 minutes and every 30 seconds I get a message about how important «
Hello and thank you for calling Comcast. We appreciate your patience and will be with you in just a moment. when quality counts you can count on us… one of our friendly representatives will be with you in a moment. Now it is 19 minutes. I am hanging up and switching out of this service – like something from old Soviet Union in terms of customer service—
Now they want to but Time Warner and control a third of internet market in USA – next email is to our US Senators and Reps to note ferocious opposition to this prospect.
Avoid Comcast–

What a horrible customer service experience. I have been experiencing broadband issues ever since we had this service installed in November 2014. All Comcast phone reps do is tell you what they can’t do… They don’t have the skills to tell you what they _​can_​do to fix your problem quickly and efficiently. It’s just punching a clock.
I have a tech coming out today — again — to check things out. We’ll see if they can raise the bar or if they just keep it down in the muck and mire where it currently is.

Was directed here after being completely shut out and given Comcast’s world reknowned runaround mistakenly referred to as customer service. I showed up to resolve a crediting issue and was treated as though I was having a real favor done for me by having an already arranged credit reduced in half not once, but twice and was offered a $ 10 a month bill reduction. This company is a complete joke, and basically a caricature of itself. The lack of credibility, concern, and customer service in general has actually come so synonymous with the name Comcast that no matter where you deal with them, on the phone, online, or in person, that it is obvious and apparent that subpar service and product are commonplace consistently reinforced by the corporation’s consistent inability or clear lack of willingness to change how they do business. I think this is one of the few companies I wish Unilocal!would allow negative stars.

I tried all methods of dealing with them. Phone, chat and personal appearance. saga started with our triple pay escalating from $ 99 month up to $ 149 with no changes in services over a 3 year period. No satisfaction with lengthy phone conversation with someone challenged with the English language. Then went to chat conversation with seemingly great results that ended up with bill increasing by $ 10 a month. Good thing I printed the conversation which I personally took to the Comcast office. There I was promised a special promotion of $ 108 a month and left a happy camper. Bottom-​line– go directly to your local office and save yourself much wasted time dealing on the phone or by chat. They have all kinds of «special promotions» which could lower your bill. In fairness I must say that the actual service for phone, internet and cable is very good.

This is rediculous! We have been having trouble with our service for 2 days and both my husband and I tried calling Comcast at least a dozen times. Every single time we were hung up on by their idiotic phone tree. This is the worst company I have ever experienced!!! I would like to cancel my service at this point, but sadly can’t even get them on the phone to do so. Pathetic!!!

If there is a Purgatory on Earth, this place is it. You’ll just be waiting, and waiting… and waiting. Expect at the very least an hour of you just sitting there before being called up to receive service because that’s just the way it is. Location is always packed so even getting a place to sit could be a challenge. Even before you walk in there are problems, because somehow the doors are impossible to open. It can be quite fun once you are on the inside watching people struggling to get in the door. Once you enter, you go to the check-​in kiosk right in front of the doors and sign in with your name and a general idea of what the issue is. Then take a seat and enjoy your wait. People watching here is a must as I always enjoy it when people start yelling at the employees over «major issues» like the fact they’ve been waiting 10 minutes, or they have an emergency like their cable isn’t working, and so on.
The truth is that if you don’t mind waiting it isn’t that bad. The times I’ve been here the staff has been nice and helpful to my Comcast issues. Having said that, I just needed to replace some items like my remote and cable box, nothing too difficult. They really should have different lines and wait times for those types of items so people there for simple service don’t have to wait for so long. Seems like the queue system isn’t designed as best it could be. The staff doesn’t seem like the brightest bunch, and aren’t aware of what to do if an actual problem arose. For a company as big as Comcast, they sure could put some work into streamlining their customer service, mainly the speed of the turnover of customers. Also they could invest in some staff that seemed more than human automated machines. If I ever had a major issue that required more intensive attention, maybe my thoughts would be different for the worse, but for the simple things, this place isn’t as bad as one would expect, minus the wait.

I was in and out in 5 minutes. I checked in, returned a modem and got a receipt. Great friendly service and clean waiting area.

I ordered a self-​install kit from Comcast, because I wanted to add tv service to my internet. However, when I received the kit in the mail they forgot to send us the whole other cable box and accessories for the other room. So I went to this location about and hour after they opened and was in and out in under 10 minutes, Christian was very helpful, giving us all the missing equipment and even gave us some tips on setting up. One of the more pleasant experiences I’ve had considering their «over the phone» service is horrible.

I can see why this place has bad reviews. However, I have not had a terrible experience. I came here to return my cable boxes. I asked if I could pick up my boyfriend’s cable boxes since he didn’t get his yet.
I called him when I was at the desk. He spoke with the rep and verified what he needed to. They allowed me to grab a cable box. I ended up just getting the basic one with no HD or anything.
Just don’t ask. I was trying to be nice and not upgrade his account without asking. lol.
Anyway, we hooked it up and it looked like crap. Surprise! Surprise!
I went back with the basic cable box, and I asked for the HD DVR one. The staff was friendly and helpful. I switched it out and was on my way.
I get home and the box won’t turn on. I finally get it powered up and downloaded, and it won’t get off the blue screen. After an hour on the phone, they told me that the box was defective. I had to go back and exchange the box.
Now, I am on my third trip here. I tell them the situation, and the happily exchanged it. Without me arguing or asking, the rep said she was going to upgrade my service for 12-​months at no charge. She also knocked off $ 5 a month off my cable box rental fee.
I thought that was nice. Even though, I did not want to come back multiple times, I had a good experience here. The staff was very nice and helpful. My wait time varied from about 10 to 25 mins.

Understaffed, over worked and apathetic!
Takes waaay too long to conduct business for the amount of people here. The counters are empty and the staff by passes the computer system to have folks walk up to the windows.
The simple solution is have more people work each and every counter!
If you can order online, or over the phone, I highly recommend you do that and save yourself an hour and a half or more!
Very dissapointing!
