They basically called me crazy and told me to take more vitamins when I was presenting TEXTBOOK symptoms of an autoimmune disease (Hashimoto’s hypothyroidism). It took me 7 doctors to be diagnosed (tried 3 times at this office).
Don’t go to them for anything more serious than a sinus infection or routine bloodwork. The doctors are rushed and rude, and the staff is slow and unfriendly.

Dr. Marta Khris is okay. She usually seems to limit the time that you have to make your complaints so speak fast. I usually get what I need if I deal with it while I’m there and I’m persistent. I usually wait about 20 mins in total and I’m usually in and out in 30 – 40 mins.
The staff on the other hand, they have no clue what they are doing and they are very incompetent. They will schedule appointments and not check the insurance or if you are eligible for a physical and when you come in– boom!- «you’re not covered, or you’re not in our network or it wasn’t time for your physical.» They will waste your time.
You would think they could hire people that use common sense. Unfortunately that’s in short supply these days it seems!
Also, never waste your time trying to get anything done over the phone with them. You would be in for a long wait!

I took my mother for a 9:45 appointment for blood work. 2 hours waiting + 5 minutes to draw blood = the biggest waste of my time!

I’m not sure what’s going on with all the bad reviews but I really love my doctor here. Sure the office is small but it’s located across Mizner Park and not many other spaces there have a lot of room. Regardless I think the nurses and doctors are dedicated and caring here. My primary care physician is Dr. George Blanton and he is the BEST doctor I have had in yeaarrs! I highly recommend him, he’s so caring, so sweet, makes you feel completely comfortable and safe, and helps you with anything you have issues with. I wouldn’t change my doc’s office for any reason. I have come in on short notice and I have still been taken care of. Some people are complaining that it takes too long, but what do you expect? It’s a doctor visit! Some people become really entitled and demand everything within 15 minutes or less. There are multiple waiting periods here, but the nurses and doctors all do their job with care. Also, the most painless needle pricks I have ever experienced is done by one of their nurses, it’s like magic. I do highly recommend the office and most especially Dr. Blanton.

This is hands down, the worst primary office in the county, probably the country. The office staff is impressively incompetent. Over the last year, they have lost my referrals, lied to my face and over the phone, overcharged me, refused me service with over an hour left of operating hours and I swear to god, you will wait over an hour from your appointment time before you even get you blood pressure taken. I’m sitting in this god forsaken office right now. I had a 2pm appointment and it is now 3:10 pm. They have taken 7 people who came with appointments after mine and when I asked the idiot at the front desk, she told me that they’re busy. She’s too stupid to even understand the question I asked. The whole office staff is incompetent in everything they do. They also are notorious for rushing you out before you’re «done» and pushing you to comeback in 2 weeks and to be charged again. Since I started writing this, there is now 9 people in the waiting room, not including the 7 people who came after me that have been seen. Long story short, AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. The absolute only thing that I like about this place is Dr. George Blanton. Older, gentle man who has plenty of experience. Avoid the blonde European woman doctor, Dr. Khris. Please don’t give this office any of your hard earned money.

I love my Dr, Marta Khris and the nurses, but the admin staff is very disagreeable, forgetful, and seem to always cause a problem when I’m trying to get something done via phone. They speak loudly in the office — you can hear all their conversations whether it be about somebody on the phone another doctor a medical representative. As a patient the last thing we want is to deal with the doctors office anymore then we have to go having a call in multiple times to get 1 thing done is disappointing and unfortunately a sign of poor customer service.

this is the worst physicians office I have ever been in. they were the chosen primary for my son’s new insurance. my son was assaulted, in the trauma unit, now discharged and in need of a referral to see a specialist. he also needed someone to look into his painful, draining ear to see if it was infected. we waited 2 hours, we were «walk ins» because there were no available apts. the nurse did the usual prep work. I gave her the discharge orders. we were placed in a holding area with several patients. soon the nurse and another person came and needed to talk in private. WE WERE TOLD THEY COULD NOT SEE MY SON BECAUSE HE HAD BEEN ASSAULTED. my mouth hung open for at least 5 seconds trying process that statement. when asked why one of them said because of lawsuits, it was an office policy. they don’t see car accidents or workman’s comp either for the same reason. I begged them to please look at his ear and just refer us to an ENT physician.
THEY WOULD NOT DO IT! but stated they would be my son’s primary… what a joke! after a long discussion with the insurance nurse we were told to return to the ER to have the ear taken care of.
this office deserves NO STARS but that was not a choice. I will say that the front staff were pleasant, as were the nurses. Stay away from this office. we were able to find another primary in network who has been awesome and treats his patients with dignity.

Because I switched insurances at the start of the new year, I unfortunately was forced to choose a new primary physician that is in my network. I am very healthy and the only time I seem to ever need to see a doctor is to fill my one prescription once a month.
It’s a very small operation there, but since I simply need prescription refill I figured it didn’t really matter. I went to the office two consecutive months, two times in total. The second time will assuredly be the last. I made an appointment the first time, checked in on the ipad in the lobby and took a seat. A young Latino man in his 20s called me up promptly and seemed helpful. He verified my insurance etc and took my picture for my record… then things got weird. He asked my if I do any modeling… I said no… He proceeded to try to flirt and actually winked at me. Who winks anymore? I sat down only slightly annoyed… It’s not like I can’t handle stupid guys. He called me up again and I asked what my copay for the office visit would be. He cooed «Don’t worry, I got you». I asked him what he meant and why I didn’t have an office visit fee. He again assured my I didn’t owe anything in a hushed voice…(btw…I got a bill in the mail for the office visit lol) The doctor who saw me was nice I think, just very, VERY elderly. So much so, his hands were shaky and speech was slurred. But, I did get my script and was on my way.
I did go back for a second visit because why not. It’s not like I need to be diagnosed so it doesn’t matter if the doctor doesn’t even know what day it is. When I arrive the SAME young man is there… he flirts again, making comments about hair and shirt.
THIS IS THE PART THAT INFURIATES ME… he asks me why I’m here today and I tell him just a refill on my prescription. He then looks at my account and asks me, with a whole lobby of people, how I like the medicine I’m on and does it help me. He actually named the prescription though. He is just a receptionist! He is not the doctor nor even a nurse! He starts to tell me about his friend that is on it. It was so embarrassing and invasive. He rambled on as I showed the disdain all over my face. A woman PA finally saw me. She had no idea what was going on… couldn’t find my record, didn’t know what medication she needed to prescribe, probably didn’t even know her own name. I finally got my prescription but she also tells me that she cant fill it next month without a referral. She wants me to get the record of the doctor’s eval of me from 10 years ago when I first started this medication!!! I moved to Florida 4 years ago, but she won’t even accept the record from my doctor here in Boca that has prescribed this medication for the past 4 years.
This hole in the wall «doctor’s office» is unorganized and unprofessional. Oh, and the cherry on top is that because the receptionist was so busy flirting, he inputted my insurance information wrong and I received a bill in the mail stating that my «insurance cannot be found». I had to call and straighten it out.
I will never go back.

The front desk is very nice but can not keep track of papers if their lives depended on it. They forget to send in referrals, will tell you it is ready for pick up and when you arrive, they have either forgot or have some other excuse. if you there for a medical check up, fine. But if you’re there for a real medical reason and need referrals or to see a specialist, forget it this office will never fax/​send the papers needed to other offices.

Took my son to his first appointment as a new patient to this practice as his primary care physician for his new Market Place insurance. (He chose this Dr. as his primary). We had a 10:00a.m. appointment that they asked us to be there early to fill out paperwork. We arrived at 9:20a.m. to a FULLY packed, standing room only waiting room. The office is a very small office that simply states (MEDICAL) on the front of a store front plaza across from Lord and Taylor at Mizner Park.
The front desk was VERY pleasant to us. One woman was extremely upset about being there for a long duration since she stated that she had to be at work from 9 – 9, but not known if she had an appointment or not. We DID and were told there was a 10 – 15 minute delay to be seen. We were quite early for the 10:00 a.m. appointment and were NOT taken for the patient intake in another room until about 10:30. Then, had to wait in another area for about 20 – 25 minutes before seeing the Physician’s assistant, who was lovely.
I am under the impression there are two Dr’s and one assistant which is who my son and I were seen by. She was VERY thorough and helpful, polite and pleasant with taking information needed to acquire his pediatric records from his former Dr. that he saw up until now. He is currently 21 and, his former pediatrician office near the home doesn’t take the insurance that he has, of course. Thank you President Obama for your misinformation that you could KEEP YOUR CURRENT PRIVATE PLAN which BTW, was canceled on us 10 days before the enrollment was to begin the first time around. We had our private plan for 16 years!!! Plan we had before (through Market Place for 2014 from Blue Cross Blue Shield was basically NEVER used from June 1^st until December because no one would take the plan. None of our former Dr.‘s were on it either. We LEARNED this second go around with the Market place that «you really have no choice» and have to hope that you KNOW of some of the Dr.‘s or that there are Dr.‘s on the chosen plan that have a good reputation on Health grades site.
In any case, most of the regular established patients in there informed us that it «usually isn’t this busy in here», but it was a Monday morning and newly enrolled patients for the new Insurance year of 2015 were coming in for their first appointments. My son doesn’t have to return for another three months and was able to have referrals put into the computer for other specialists needed to be seen.
I ONLY had to attend with him because he is still recovering from a broken leg that required two surgeries on Dec 12 and Dec 15 and is hobbling on a walker currently. I WON’T be accompanying him to another Dr. visit… even though this office was small and helpful to us.

Fraudulent, uncaring, unconcerned. The worst doctor I have EVER used. This practice is bilking the system… and we’re paying for it. I am absolutely appalled by the entire practice. Shame, shame, shame…

Absolutely horrible. All they care about is money. No matter what is wrong with you, they insist on «follow-​ups» if they prescribe you any medication or refer you to a specialist. Every appointment (even follow-​ups), expect to be there at least two hours. And already I waited three days just for a referral to a specialist and ended up in the ER with emergency surgery because they couldn’t have the decency to helps fast enough.
They will also insist on making a separate appointment for a physical. Even if they took all your vitals, bloodwork, and everything else, they insist on the physical. Dr. Khris is also horrible. I sat there in so much pain and she didn’t care, wouldn’t prescribe me anything and was very rude as to why I had not scheduled a physical. Again, they only want you there for money. My specialist in the ER couldn’t believe what I went through there. He said the doctor should have given me something for the pain and expedited my referral as I needed immediate surgery. Dr. Khris saw my test results and should have known better.

I went to this place as it was the closest physician to my office that is a Cigna Provider. My first appointment was to establish a relationship with a Primary Care Physician. I was seen after a 45 minute wait (yes, I did have an appointment) by a Physicians Assistant student who asked me some questions and took my vitals. Then a Physicians Assistant walked in and spoke with the student and me about my issues. He gave me 3 referrals and scheduled me for a follow-​up and I left. Two weeks later I returned with all my referral appointments completed. I was expecting him to tell me the results and discuss where we were to go from there.
Instead they told me I was there for a physical. I had important meetings at work so I told them I wanted to got over my test results and I’d reschedule the physical. The nurse said my results weren’t in so I gave them the number for the diagnostic lab. They said ok and ask me to take a seat outside the office. I sat there for 35 minutes. The nurse came out to tell me my labs were faxed over then I waited 15 more minutes. At one point the PA came out and spoke to the nurse in Spanish about me but never even said hi to me. Eventually I got frustrated and told them I’d reschedule and I left. They didn’t even ask me why or try to reschedule me.
I wasted two weeks and a lot of my money and time. I still don’t know how sick I am because I don’t know the test results. I was there an hour for a 15 minute appointment. I wanted a Doctor and not a PA anyway so I called the Cleveland Clinic and made an appointment.
Convenience should never be a deciding factor for your health. I learned my lesson.
