The staff needs to give better directions to get to this office as well as update their Google listing, which says they’re in a plaza down the road.
People in the waiting area should go outside if they want to use there phones; several people on the phone at the same time is just rude and the staff says nothing about it.
Why are staff members wearing flip flops at work? I doubt that OSHA regulation.
I had an 11:15 appointment, it’s noon, there’s no other patients here and I’m still waiting. It’s in a nice area but this place is so sketchy.
