Everything is always clean, great staff! Joey baitz is by far the nicest employee from the times I came in!

I can’t see what so many find so alluring about Chipolte. They have a somewhat limited menu, are very unfriendly– their mentality appears to be: «I’m just punching a clock and not interested in providing service» type of staff; their chips are stale and cold and they charge for them! (while they are free other places); they have only 3 salsas from which to choose; the music is too loud and their food is just so/​so. I find this particular Chipolte to be poorly managed as they are often running low or out of items and God forbid you come in the last ½ an hour prior to their closing. You wiill definitely be made to feel unwelcome and there will be little to choose from. Also for the life of me I cannot understand why the lines at Chipolte (regardless of which one you go to) always move so incredibly slow. Sloths move quicker than these people. I only wish that there was a Moe’s closer by.

Walking in and checking in I wondered how a Chipotle could have such a bad overall rating and upon leaving I knew why. This place definitely needs management to step in and employees need to be retrained completely. The people working the line could not be less friendly and more incompetent if they tried. They also move at the speed of a snail. Upon checking out I very clearly said I would like chips and guacamole and left got to my car and realized of course they did not pack the chips. I went back in and asked the girl for my chips and she said you didn’t order any, I said I very clear said chips and guacamole and she insisted she was right over the $ 1 bag of chips. She insisted she must charge me and I obliged to just move on with my life. The bag was half full and all the chips were stale, I would never return to this location and I hope the manager steps it up with these terrible employees. Horrible customer service!

Don’t get the skinny white kid with tattoos, he skimps you on the meat! Three people ahead of me and the kid takes 30 minutes.

This location is awful. First of all, every time we have been there, the employees look miserable and are unfriendly. Would it kill you to just smile? Second, they use their same gloves to clean up the bar area, while also making your food. So, you expect me to watch you clean with the same gloves that you are making my food with? No wonder, we got sick! Disgusting! This place needs new management!

I love Chipotle, and I work close to this location, I have to say 8 out of 10 times we place our order online the order is WRONG they will miss guac, get wrong protein, how could you mess an order that is printed? Once they didn’t even had my order because they «lost» it. Getting on the line day will waste have of your lunch break … Everytime i eat at this location i feel like I’m over Chipotle

The fact that they’ve gone GMO free is their biggest appeal! Also, none of the meats have added hormones, and they have brown rice! Because of all this, I’ve been frequenting chipotle a lot lately! My go-​to order for myself is the steak burrito with brown rice, black beans, extra guacamole, and plenty of the chipotle hot sauce to go! My son loves the kids meals too… The kids’ chicken quesadilla comes with black beans and rice, organic fruit, and your choice of organic juice or organic milk! Such great options for a fast food like place!

In love with Chipotle, but I give this location a ¹⁄₅ due to the inefficiency of the workers. Every time I seem to enter this Chipotle location the line seems to be ending at the entrance. Waiting in line for 25 minutes does not seem fair when I can go to another Chipotle location and receive quicker food. Also, their workers not all, but 2 in-​particular are just straight up annoying. And they also give short portions of guac (the worst thing possible.)

Been to this Chipotle several times and it is definitely the worst Chipotle location I have been to. Very unorganized. Always run out of chicken when I am there. The sweet tea was also empty. Line is out the door, but tables are empty because they are so inefficient. No surprise the google reviews give this a 2.7 when the Chipotle down the street has a 4.1. Worth the extra time to drive down Glades road to the other location.

Food is now definitely up to par but they are still so unorganized. The staff is friendly & I no longer have any issues with them. It takes so much longer than other locations. The staff is young & seem to take everything a bit more lax. It’s 4:02 pm, 20 customers in a extremely slow moving line (as usual).

****5 Stars comparing it to other mega-​fast-​food chains****
Ever since the non-​GMO move– I finally started eating here (I have only eaten at mom & pop’s ever since watching Supersize Me a decade ago). Not only is their food good for fast food, but the staff at every Chipotle consistently goes above & beyond to give me the best experience ever. Seriously, they’re super accommodating & kind everywhere– it’s like a recurring theme.
Idk what Chipotle does to keep their employees so happy (maybe they have Dave Chappelle skits playing on repeat in the back to keep everyone cheery), but they should share it with the world. I have done multiple double-​takes in store because I automatically chalk up their friendliness to the hopes of getting a 20% tip– then I realize that this isn’t a dine-​in restaurant & that they don’t work for tips (so being helpful is just optional, not necessary). This is so puzzling that I finally felt compelled to write a big chain a Unilocal review as a token of gratitude– thanks Christina the cashier for inspiring me to write this once & for all! :) (Seriously, this girl is great, she specifically felt all the fruit & picked the juiciest orange just for me for no reason– Ty doll!).

Fastest chipotle we have ever been to. Happy workers. Great experience. Four stars as compared to other chipotles! (not a typical rating system that I use for restaurants)

Service meeds to improve. Ordered online 40 minutes ahead. It wasn’t ready. While i waited they needed to rewrap a burrito & redo another order. Food is great. Manager is joking w staff about the mistakes. They gotta so better.

I go to Chipotle frequently but Will Never go back to this location. It’s filthy & there’s no customer service. People were unprofessional & it was the worst chipotle I have ever been!
I ordered my usual sofritas salad & know what goes in a bowl. However, this girl who was preparing my bowl had no clue what she was doing. First, she only poured just a half scoop of the meat over lettuce so I asked her if she can pour little more of sofritas but she was going to charge extra so I gave up because I was too tired to argue. Then she skipped rice & beans and was about to pour salsa so I politely asked her to serve some rice. She put rice which was all stuck together and then proceeded to salsa and cheese. When I got to the cashier I realized she didn’t give me beans so again politely asked her to give me beans. As soon as I asked, she told me «sofritas doesn’t come with that.» My husband and I were shocked by her response. How could she blatantly give the response to us, customers that go to chipotle often enough to know the menu? The lady at the cashier has noticed something was wrong and tried to resolve the issue. However, after I had a few bites of the salad bowl, it tasted nothing but over cooked rice so my husband and I returned our order, promising to ourselves never to return here again. If you want to get chipotle, don’t go to this location. Go to the one near by on Palmetto or Glades near the 95 because you will regret your visit there.

I know this is probably going to sound super weird, but hopefully not. As far as chipotle’s food goes, it’s pretty much all the same wherever you go. The staff here is cool, however, this review is is regard to one employee in particular, Monica .I believe (it was over a month ago).
This was at the end of the night, as I was leaving the publix that is right there, attempting to carry a 18-​pack of corona to my car, when she walked over and simply took it from me and carried it to my car. I was shocked, having been passed by plenty of young and able guys, heres this chick just like me who, despite having just worked a friday night shift, still went out of her way to do something helpful for a fellow human. Thats kick ass. I can only imagine how awesome she must be with customers, when she’s actually on the clock.

Chipotle must not read or care about Unilocal reviews. In my last review a month ago I talked about how dirty the place is.
Every table has the last customers food all over and the floor is disgusting. The self serve drink station is a mess with trash all around it. The floor in front of the drink station is covered in trash
I like the food a lot but why can’t they clean the tables and floors?

Every visit to this food chain is like a box of chocolates! You don’t know what you’re going to get. Somedays the food is delicious and fresh and the service fast and somedays is the total opposite.

It’s Chipotle. Same as any I’ve been to. Not great but it’s fast food. Better than the standard fast food options and clean.

I like this Chipotle! They are super friendly, clean and have fast service. I like that they are consistent and you know what to expect from them for fast and yummy Mexican type food.

Consistently tasty and quick option without having to have a burger. I particularly enjoy that the toppings can be added as you like.
Fresh, tasty and inexpensive are all things that make me happy!
The only complaint I have is that for some reason all of their locations are so cold it’s like eating in Alaska! But I guess that’s better than if it’s too hot…
