Established in 1976.

Robert L. Bogen has been practicing law for over 35 years. He started his own law firm in 1994 and currently advises clients in all aspects of matrimonial, divorce, and family law. He is well known and liked by his colleagues and the judiciary alike. This serves him and his clients well whether a matter may be resolved through negotiation or must be litigated in court.

Principal and owner Robert L. Bogen is an active member of several bar associations, both local and statewide. He has been a lecturer in appellate practice and has appeared on radio talk shows to speak on family and divorce law, as well as criminal law. He has earned the distinction of Martindale-Hubbell’s highest «AV» rating, and has appeared in its Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers. Several publications have acknowledged his expertise and commitment.

Having practiced law since 1976, and having managed his own firm since 1991, there are few issues that Robert L. Bogen has not dealt with. He is an experienced negotiator who strives to achieve fair and reasonable results for his clients without the necessity of courtroom drama. However, with issues and cases that cannot be settled, Robert L. Bogen is a tenacious litigator who enjoys the respect of his colleagues as well as the judiciary.
