Love this place but they really need to evaluate their employees. There was this young lady at the customer service register by the name of Alissa that had extremely poor customer service. She had a very sarcastic attitude with the customers she was helping at the register and was extremely rude, I honestly don’t know if she was having a bad day but she shouldn’t be bringing it to work. Im disappointed because I usually come here a lot and the employees are very nice and approachable.

If you are a college bound student, this is an EXCELLENT Bed, Bath and Beyond to go shopping at. Perhaps because they are located across a university. We have visited several stores throughout South Florida and this one tops the charts. Do take your coupons. 1 per item and expired coupons are acceptable.

I don’t know why people critique this as «like every other BB&B store», as if that was bad.
It has the widest variety of these types of items you would want/​need in one location, inventory is well maintained and you never feel you are without staff assistance.
Their policy seems to be to have staff accompany you to the product you have asked about, rather than say «it’s over there».
Quick check-​out registers, they open more if the line queue is too long.
And, those discount coupons never expire regardless of their expiration date.

Helpful staff; clean, organized store. Employees will help you get the most out of your money if you’re on a budget. Comforters larger than a full size are too expensive however, which is disappointing. Across the street from a university, so many students and parents.

Been working with Stacey in the curtain department to pick out curtains and rods. Over the course of two weekends she has been most helpful with our selections. In fact, everyone i the store is friendly and helpful. Don’t shop here unless you are armed with the 20% off coupons. My wife «collects» them for our major purchases. Need one coupon for each item. We were one short so Stacey showed us how to have one sent by text to the Iphone. :)

It’s a bed bath and beyond. Looks the same, prices are the same as any other cookie cutter bed bath and beyond stores. The prices aren’t great so I only go when I have one of those 20% off coupons.

It’s a very nice place if you have more money than you need and are looking for ways to spend it. Everything seems to be highly overpriced but they have pretty much anything that you’ll ever need in a bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen.
In terms of customer service, they have great workers who are available around the store to help you with whatever you need. The place is pretty big so you might need their help if you’re looking for anything in particular.
They have some pretty particular and eccentric things in there such as grape fruit knives, watermelon cutters, all types of cookie cutters, and others.
Overall, it’s a very nice store and everything is of good quality.
