VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. This place is run by children. Literally. I was a member. Paid monthly dues. You are supposed to get a free set once a month w/​monthly dues. Right. They nickel and dime you on every minute you are entitled to as a «member» getting your replacement. You would think they would appreciate and treat a member well. WRONG. They like to screw their members.
I was 10 minutes late for my appointment last night. First time late. Literally work across the street. I called the guy (owner) and said I’m running late. I’m literally running to my car I will be there in 5 mins. I run through the parking lot when I get there. I’m out of breath when I walk in. Owner says, quick go to room #2. Room is dark, no person in there. I turn on the light and wait. Hey, I was late, so suck it up. the girl comes strolling in nonchalantly. No sense of urgency. She says, I didn’t even know you were here…
I get my replacement. I thank her and tell her it looks good. Apologize again for being late. She says to me «that’s 75% of what I could have given you». (she is proud of this…) So I said isn’t this a full set? She said no, you were late. I could have done so much more on you. Total lack of respect. Bad attitude. Like I’m not even a customer. She is talking to me like I’m a bad dog now b/​c I was 10 minutes late… Nice? Right? So I go out to the «owner» and ask to come back tomorrow for a few mins. to get the rest of my extensions that I was due. I was happy with the lashes I did get, but unhappy that she derived joy from jipping me and felt the need to tell me.
The very immature owner goes 10 rounds with me on being on time and everyone is busy and nobody has one minute to spare and customers that are on time cannot wait. Excuse me, I’ve been early and on time many times and had to wait so that is a lie. I tell him that I waited in there for her in a dark room for 5 minutes — since we are nickeling and diming people on their minutes. He has the NERVE TO SAY TO ME. «I forgot to tell her; I’m here by myself and it’s busy…» This is an owner? This is your business? Grow up.
After a bunch of unnecessary ugliness, he finally begrudgingly offers me a few minutes the next day with someone else. So fun after fighting for 30 minutes. I cancelled my membership.
These people have no problem with losing customers. He didn’t mind at all when I cancelled. Way to do business, people. Way to treat paying customers like dirt. Place is run by amateurs, ungrateful for the business they get and more than willing to tell you to go somewhere else. SO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. DON’T BOTHER WITH THE AGGRAVATION.

I’ve been thinking about trying these out for a couple months and finally did and I love them! I’ve only had them a few days but have received many compliments on them and how great they look. They feel very natural and are not irritable at all, which I was concerned about. The technician was very friendly, knowledgeable and gentle through the whole process and answered any question I had. The lashes have been very low maintenance and I plan on keeping up with even if it means a 2 hour drive to do so as I live out of town and this is the closest location.

Well worth the money each month, ask for Frankie. Woman is a lifesaver & miracle worker. Seriously my tiny eyelashes have never seen better days.

Seriously the best thing I decided to do for my self!!! Love Love my lashes. I have been getting them done for 5 months and couldn’t be happier ! I have so much confidence when talking to someone and looking in there eyes! My husband LOVES them and I get tons of compliments. I recommend Amazing Lash Studio, Super friendly place and always my appointment starts on time!

Very bad costumer service. Miss my stylist Nichole who has taken a leave of absence. Got my lashes done by another stylist had to go for a corrections by another stylist who said shed have to take them all off and redo them because they were so tangled. If your lucky and get a good stylist this place is amazing but if you get stuck with a bad stylist they dont care if your happy with the quality they just want your money.

I had my appointment on dec 15, today (dec 23) 4 lashes fell after 7 days??? I paid $ 80 approx. for some eyelashes that were supposed to last 2 weeks! according to them.

Did not like the dirty floor and messy restroom. I came in to ask questions about packages and the lash process and the lady seemed annoyed and gave me some paperwork to read over instead of answering my questions. I felt pressured with out any info.

Who says this to a customer?!
I arrived on time for my 1:00pm and I gave the receptionist (which is the owner) my name and she said I was not in the books; that I cannot see my stylist until 1:30pm.
I said, why should I have to wait when I have an appointment at one that I pre-​book a month out?
I am shocked how the owner talked to her customer.
I felt like she accused me of wedging myself in to get my lashes done on a Saturday.
In disbelief with her rudeness and adamant that I do not have an appointment, she then asked the stylist and it turned out that the stylist confused me with someone else and changed my appointment!
It was the stylist’s mistake!
Without apologies, I addressed that she should have asked the stylist earlier than to argue with me with my appointment.
I pointed out that how she handled it was unprofessional and she had this attitude look on her face and she end the conversation with me still sitting in the lobby waiting to go in for the delayed appointment–
«If you are not happy with it, you can go elsewhere.»
I recently moved here from Texas– I am not a local and I drove 45 minutes to be here from Jupiter because I have a membership. I’ve been here since the original FOUNDER in Houston, 5+ years and I stuck with this location because it was easier to keep the membership since it was transferred over to this one and ONLY location in Florida.
I am now aware that not all salons are of same quality of customer service. But to get this terrible attitude from the owner, it is appalling.
Unfortunately, the other salon by Amazing Lash will be opening at new location closer to my home but by the same rude little girl.
After I finished the session with the stylist, I talked to her husband who came in for the second shift. I had told him I left an unpleasant review for them while his wife went on the rant. He apologized and said, «she’s a woman, and women are emotional.»
Like that was a reason for her rudeness, he continued to try to justify her by saying, she must have been cranky, stressed and she worked a lot.
They also said Boca clients are very difficult and unbearable and that was why she was cranky.
Really? Again, how unprofessional now from the other owner.
We spoke like adults between stylist, owner, Joey and myself —
and I even left feeling ok and felt ok giving the place another chance, even though while I was waiting to go in, Desiree was chatting with a client behind me being super forcefully friendly and asking superficial questions. That to me was not «cranky» and she chose to be blatantly rude to me when it was the salon’s mistake.
So here’s the UPDATE:
After I posted the review, Joey the manager calls five days later and left s message,
«I’m calling in regard to the situation, I went out of my way to apologize but you left the Unilocal review, disrespecting my wife, so you’re not welcome here anymore, I went ahead and canceled all your appointments. Feel free to call Amazing Lash Studio in Texas and cancel your membership. If you’d like to talk to me my number is…»

Sad, sad, people. They have no business running a business. They partnered with the couple next door and I hope that couple know what a bad business decision they’ve made with these people.
And, Joey, I never «disrespected» your wife. She presents herself just like that, cheap and classless.

So I’ve been getting lashes for a while and only recently started to go to amazing lash studio. My technician is Nicole, and she does an amazing job! My lashes hold for 3 weeks or more!!! I’ve been to a few other people not only in Amazing lash, but never got the same result. So to me that says a lot about her work. Thank you for always making me feel awesome when I leave nicole.

Great Lashes!!! I had a wonderful experience as a first timer to lash extensions, and I am now a devoted customer. They have easy appointment times and their prices are competitive. Just be sure to listen carefully to the post application instructions. (Don’t go get skiing immediately after). I suggested the lash brush & eye maker rep over pads to got with your new lashes!

I have had my lashes done elsewhere but Maria was very diligent and patient and did an excellent job. The front desk staff was very gracious and knowledgable and the place is extremely clean. I don’t love the loud music but that’s just a personal preference. I will definitely go back again!

I just got my lashes done glamorous style… I absolutely love it. I am filipino and have thin straight lashes. Your lash tech here will have the experience to place the perfect lashes to HOLD while still providing the best eye catching effect to those who look into your eyes. I didn’t have a full for a month and most on my lashes stayed. Why? Because my lash tech knew the size and length best fit for me. Don’t be fooled by others that will put whenever size on ur lashes. Those will not only ruin your real lashes but it’ll stay temporarily. If u haven’t done so, try them out! I highly recommend!

Absolutely love my lashes!!! I work in a kitchen so I don’t want to wear make up. The first time I went back to work with them on I had so many compliments :) The staff is great and the establishment is in pristine condition.

Got my first ever set of lashes here! I was very apprehensive, I’m not really even the make up type, but I wanted a «one time» something different for my 40^th birthday trip to Vegas and thought this may be it! Walked in to the salon and it was a beautiful place. The staff was super friendly. I was lured in by the $ 79 special and TBH I was a little concerned I was going to be pressured into buying starter kits and all kinds of misc items and walk out, disappointed and down a couple hundred bucks… None of this happened. the staff was AWESOME! Friendly and explained everything without trying to up sell me anything. They understood this for me was a «one time thing» and that I wanted something subtle. The tech
(I forgot her name :-(Nicky maybe?!?) was very nice and took the time to explain everything to me and assure me I would look like me only better! She suggested I get the «natural» set. The process was about an hour but it didn’t seem long at all. I was sooo anxious but SO SURPRISED. And ECSTATIC with the end result! It IS me, only waaaay BETTER! My hubby looooved them! Said my eyes looked big and sexy :-) I thought this was a one time deal, and as a mom of four, this was something reserved for special occasions, but TBH I am dreading seeing myself without these lashes! I think they have a lifer! IF YOURE HESITANT LIKE I WAS, TAKE THE LEAP! You won’t regret it! Will update if anything changes!

I have had two experiences at Amazing Lash Studio, and both experiences have been extremely positive. The first time I got my eyelashes done, they were full set and I talked with Nicole — my Lash Stylist, who worked with me to give me lashes that would fit my eye and face shape in order to enhance my natural lashes. At first it is a bit extreme to see yourself with these new lashes, but this is just because you’re so used to seeing your own eyelashes not looking as full or have as much length — but they looked amazing. I got compliments from all of the other women I worked with who wanted to know what I did to my lashes, as well as from strangers when I was out who told me how long and beautiful my eyelashes are. (thank you!!!) The only person who did not notice was my boyfriend, but I suppose this is a positive thing as that just shows how natural and nice they look, while still adding a bit of a dramatic look to your eyes.
I just returned last night for a refill by Nicole, after 3 weeks of having my lashes on. Over the course of 3 weeks I did lose some eyelashes here and there, but this is completely normal because eyelashes shed!!!
I did buy the makeup wipes that are recommended as they are oil free and better to use on your eyes with the lashes — AND I TOOK CARE OF MY LASHES HOW I WAS INSTRUCTED TO DO SO, and only after having them for three weeks did more start to fall out — which again is normal because this is when you are supposed to have your refill done!!!
I am so happy again, and have already been told how great my lashes look. I am a long time, heavy eyeliner wearer, and for the last 3 and a half weeks I have not worn eyeliner on the top of my eyes. The lashes add something extra to my eyes, and I am so pleased with the service that I received from Nicole and the studio itself. The stylists are professionals who, after speaking with Nicole and asking her questions about it, have received thorough training on the services that they are providing. They are nice, professional and know what they are doing.
I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for somewhere to get your lashes done!

Received service to adhere Mink lashes to my own and had to return the following week because too many fell off. (This should NOT happen!) The good thing about returning the following week was that my service was free to adhere more, this time instead I was encouraged to switch to synthetic mink lashes because these supposedly last longer. These did last longer but no more than 1 week and a half. Typically lashes should last you around 1 month and several should not fall out they way these have. Would not recommend this place!

I just got my first refill today. I am so happy with my lashes. I am constantly getting stopped by people asking about them. I was a little worried that i couldn’t afford to maintain them. I decided to give up my nails. These lashes have been life changing. I save so much time in the morning and feel put together without having to put mascara on! I can’t recommend them enough.

Hate to have to knock down this review, but I’m getting these lashes removed. It’s been a week and they’re ungodly uncomfortable. They’re starting to clump together and look horrendous and point down. I would get a picture but I can’t get my phone to focus correctly.
They looked amazing when I first got them done. I got the natural set which had fewer lashes applied-​so there are fewer and they are more spread out. Naturally there is more space than a denser set so they will clump but I wanted to get more longevity than a week out of these. I followed the care instructions to a T and my eye hygiene is on point. The mink is way more expensive but «more comfortable» but still requires mascara apparently? That’s against the point of getting these in my opinion.
I still recommend the salon and staff if you are a seasoned vet with lashes, but if you’re not experienced with them like me-​I don’t really recommend them (as an eyecare professional) I can already tell a good amount of my natural lashes are getting ripped out at the base. I will find somewhere that can tint blonde lashes safely as that’s a lot less maintenance and more comfortable and has less damage potential. Ardell strips will work for me just like they have since I was 14.
